Lol you mean tiger, it's a beastmaster armor, and the ability to summon them is the level 9 skill. These armors and training for your beastmaster can be found at the dark jungle (Travel East once) However if you are not a guardian and can't get to the lvl 9 ability then there is another ability that only lets you summon one guest.
