  • How could one not know what a chaser is? Here in Colorado we serve red beers which is tomato juice in a beer a beer chaser makes complete sense! I really like bloody mary's with more flair than than Tabasco I have known BM's as always having Worcestershire,celery salt,horseradish,etc and maybe even a spiced rim on the glass.Great video I actually infused my tomato juice with grated onion,garlic,dill,etc because I like sipping on the tomato juice or adding it to beer,wasabi is great too :)

  • I hope not all bars in Wisconsin make such a dog's dinner of a Bloody Mary. Forget the cayenne pepper and horseradish and the absurd garnish. Just toss in a few drops of Tabasco sauce and stop faffing around. No garnish. Beer chaser? With a Bloody Mary? Don't you even know what a chaser means? And you certainly don't serve them with cocktails.
