actually i agree with you on that one because it would seem for canon (more realistic) if hammond was the doctor at that point because river song says that her doctor was a lot older version of him

She didn't mean is outward appearence, she meant his eyes. The look in his eyes shows his age and the Eleventh Doctor, though physically young, is in fact the oldest version of the Doctor yet. River Song meets the Tenth Doctor towards the end of his life and witnesses his regeneration into the eleventh. Thus when she saw him in the Library he was younger than she'd ever seen him.

there is a really old classic series doctor who and awfully frightening creature called nimon (the horns of nimon , and episode from tom baker era)

maybe this episode will terrify children as it should!

The Nimon are pretty cool, they're rumoured to be in "Planet Of The Dead" along with another old monster, who appeared 43 years ago in a story called "The Web Planet"...

If you're replying to my comment, RTD said in one of the commentaries he'd thought of naming POTD, "Planet of the Zarbi". I'd heard that both JS and CT might be returning. The Master's rumoured to be involved in the death of the 10th Doctor. I hadn't heard about Sylvester McCoy. I thought it was Paul McGann and we were getting a Time War story?

i watched that serial, Horns of Nimon (well i've watched all the available classic Who series stories). They were pretty cool. And yes I read that part on the Doctor Who Wiki, it's not really a secret. And someone else mentioned that the Zarbi are a possibility as well. Unfortunately no Animus though, it died in the Time War.

At the end of "The Five Doctors" the closing credits theme tune, which was synthesised, was mixed in with the original theme tune from the sixties. I thought it sounded similar :)
