killzone 2 is lacking in the color department so is gears 2.far cry 2 has a map editor so when im done with the campaign or i get bored wth the repetitive killing of people i could play around with map editor and the endless possibilities. definitely gonna make a few vehicle/boat racing maps and some cool pvp maps and i might evan make some mountings and rapids\waterfalls to kayeke down. yeap fc2 game of the year

I can't believe people are still saying there isn't much change between GOW and part 2. Gow 2 has better lighting which makes characters and objects look great, more locust to fight off like horde mode, physics has improved especially when you shotgun down somebody and they blow up into chucks of meat, the weapons sound a lot better, more blood in this one which is awesome, there's actually a storyline, and there's new ways to finish somebody off.
So what you are telling me is that you are judging a games graphics from it's youtube quality? Do me a favor get an HD television go on xbox live and find real Gears of War 2 videos and you'll see that there is a giant difference.
A lot of sequels are "like the first one" when you look at them. That's what all reviewers always say. What they also say is that upon gameplay, you notice certain improvements that make the game better. If a formula is good, expand on it. There aren't many sequels that are a leap forward from their predecessors when you look at them.

RAAM will be in Horde. RAAM is on Wave 49 and Scorge is on Wave 50. RAAM in Horde mode is much deadlier than he was in GOW1.

So what you are telling me is that you are judging a games graphics from it's youtube quality? Do me a favor get an HD television go on xbox live and find real Gears of War 2 videos and you'll see that there is a giant difference.

A lot of sequels are "like the first one" when you look at them. That's what all reviewers always say. What they also say is that upon gameplay, you notice certain improvements that make the game better. If a formula is good, expand on it. There aren't many sequels that are a leap forward from their predecessors when you look at them.

somehow i hope my eyes were telling me wrong, but it looked like the locust grunt(or whatever) was crabwalking around two minutes. Tell me if you see differently, but he was sliding around just like a crabwalker would.

i certainly hope so, cause if the game is less than a month away and they still have bugs like that that they should have already fixed, then i get the feeling either this game is gonna have all the glitches still intact or it's gonna be pushed back. i swear if this game's MP sucks i'm just gonna keep playin the first one

they limited the sprinting cause in gow people would sprint and then chainsaw like crazy, so they made it more fair by making you pause for a bit.

Technically we were not playing online, the xbox's were connected via system link. you dont have to be logged in to live to play...
