golds gym works great. just dont do the balance board exercises. there also in wii fit anyway.

@nataliawasilewska97 sort of, like a lot of the exercises involve either being on one leg or on the ground so it really more test your sense of balance forsure. I don't ever really diet, i start every morning with hot oats, jam and a brown betty of tea or something to ease into my morning. I think there's a new version now but I think i'd now rather go join a yoga class :)

Golds gym cardio workout is a real good exercise game and will give you a real good workout so dont listen to this guy ea sports active sucks now ea sports active 2 for xbox 360 kinect will be a different story and when it comes to push ups most poeple know how to do them right any way so big deal.

Active is fantastic as is wii fit for balance and yoga. This evaluation is right on. I have Jillian and Gold's cardio. They are just OK. I do these on my off days. I also have the DDR3 which I just like to do because I like the music and dancing. But that active is the best so far.

Project Natal looks mind blowing, sadly though it's not out yet (sept 09) For what we have in the here and now, the features of the Wii are right up there. Subsequently, I'm also a PS3 owner. Wifey wanted Wii. I thought it would be lame and gay, but I gotta admit, so far, wii've had heaps of fun with it. But hell yeah, roll on Project Natal. I''' be buying an Xbox when Natal comes out, thats for real.

damn. but she is so hot that she burned my Xbox, if you scroll down you see I said I ll stick with xbox and PC, obviously she didn't like that, she burned by xbox GPU and now I have the Red Ring of Death. I should've said I ll stick with PS3 and PC, since I don't have PS3. the effect would be null.
