  • FX1000 is the best!!! Must have!!!! Thanks for footage!!!

  • @vergil1882 ax2000 is over fx1000 :D :) ;)

  • @butoias20072007

Yes it is. But FX1000 is more reliable. Flash recording (AX2000) sometimes can failure, so information will be lost. Also AX2000 have some troubles with focusing. Third ring was attached to fix this problem. Now cameramen which using AX2000 got a supplementary headache (((

  • @vergil1882 Not at all, I own a ax2000 and is a very nice camcorder, is over fx1000 and i fell the advantages. Flash recordin doesn't failure when i use the best cards from Sony (ProDuo Sony HX 32GB 30Mb/s very fast) and i have no problem :). No focusing problems, if you work with sensor CMOS is different than sensor CCD, focusing is different, and no supplementary headache. So, fx1000 is no reliable at all, it's just a good camcorder in HDV over fx1, but no more.

  • @butoias20072007 And what about low light grain in DV mode?

FX1000 have a same CCD sensor as AX2000. People from forum speaking about bad quality of mic in AX2000

  • @vergil1882 Omg, are you stupid ? you are tallking bullshit, FX1000 has ,,3 ClearVid CMOS Sensor'' and AX2000 same, and the bad quality mic on ax2000 isnt' bad at all... are you talking bullshit, have you one of the camcorders ? have you the fx1000 ? i have the ax2000 and i tested and I know what I talk about.

  • @butoias20072007 of course, I meaning CMOS, it was misprint, my apology for that. I have no one from this cameras. My good friend Alex have a FX1000, so I have opportunity to test it. But I never held AX2000 in my hands. I got some information about faults of AX2000 from customer's responses in internet stores. Also I was red some branches of forums about this camcoder.

  • @vergil1882 Most of AX users speking about hight level of grain in low light conditions, defective sound quality, not satisfactory DV picture quality, missing data on flash, and uncomfortable working with focusing. That's not my opinion about AX2000, because I have never test it.

  • @vergil1882 I recently filmed a baptism and i uploaded on youtube some after party :), here, you can watch the sound quality, image quality on ax2000 : /watch?v=0Nhd6vS0abU&feature=channel_video_title and more videous on the channel. (first 6 is with ax2000).

  • awesome video! i really love this camera!

  • nice porsche at 1:52

  • how do you get such clear footage? what settings do you use on your camera to stop if being so grainy?

  • @ourmam To get rid of the grainyness, set your profile picture to the "Cinema" or "Portrait" setting. If you can help it, do not use the ND Filter. Hook up an HDMI cable and test monitor the setting.

  • hi, how do you get such clear footage? what settings do you have on your camera to stop if being so grainy

  • Very good! Thanks,

  • wow razor sharp in low light amazing which software did you use.?

  • what are you export settings for youtube?

  • this from Z5 or FX1000? which one is better in low light situations, thanks

  • @ELAJUSTADOR

i think the fx1000 is much more better than the Z5

  • @ELAJUSTADOR they will both do the same both cameras are basically identical bar a few features which the z5. they should both be exactly the same in low light

  • hi,something irrelevant im testing this camera is used but they dont tell me where should i search for how many hours has shot and drum options ...i want to ask where are these info?

    Hello from Moscow!

  • Hi Jam, can u tell me, is it better using a custom profile or off, if so how u control the sharpnes, color etc on off in sony fx1000

  • can someone explain to me why i should spend 3000 on this when i can buy a hf10 or hv30 for 400 and have better quality?

  • 3000? ... Where are you finding this for 3000?

  • Because this camera has way many features/manual controls.

  • you wont have better quality, thats why hf10's HD looks really bad

  • @rubent100 focus/iris rings

  • AND... maybe I'm just spoiled and used to watching images shot on nice prime lenses with wide apertures.

  • What are the settings here?

I tried my Z5 IN low light conditions, but didn't achieve such good picture.

Can some one tell me what are the best settings for low lights?

maybe dealing with gain/exposure etc ! thx

  • dayum!! good quality!!

  • JAJAJA YOUR A NICE FUNNY GUY,!!! THE CAMERA LOOKS OK BUT ON A NEXT TEST USE YOU CAMERA IN MANUAL SETTINGS, THAT WAY YOU WILL NOW WHAT YOU ARE SEEING. I GUESS THE GAIN WAS ON IN THE DARKER MOMENTS. anyways congratulations for your xmass present.

  • Looking this video I feel the cold of Christmas ...

  • wow! that's a great camera!

  • fuck.. i wish i had 5000 for this camera.

  • 3000

  • nice clip.

What is the name of the music in the background?

  • GT3-RS?? didn't expect to see that.

  • Well you did.

  • How does these cameras compare to the panasonic HMC-150.. i am saving for the HMC-150.. but i recently used the FX1000 on a shoot.. now i am curious

  • sony is the best company there is dude.

    go with a sony

  • In my opinion Panasonics are better. I like the workflow among other things. Sony's seem unrealistically sharp. Great for sports/event coverage though. Just depends on what you're capturing and what you're going for. Get the camera with the biggest lens and biggest chips.

  • which one would you prefer?

  • @Stwrongtone... "Unrealistically sharp?" I guess High Definition is just a passing fad.

  • @aviatormxpilot

What I mean is there usually is no shallow depth of field. This is just generally speaking. I'm not referring to the resolution of High Definition. If you use a SONY EX3 with some nice glass, than YEAH! You'll get some nice images with a nice bokeh. I just don't think it's realistic when everything in your frame is sharp from the background to the foreground. That is what is unrealistic to me.... Our eye doesn't see everything in focus like that.

  • I'm sorry Stwrongtone. I was being sarcastic. I knew what you were talking about. You can manualy zoom in on your subject and manualy focus, this can get the background out of focus. but if there is a lot of traking of your subject it can be difficult.

  • hows the sound on the HDR-FX1000?

  • excellent!

  • mooi

  • 1:03 fat bird rocks

  • Lol @ 1:31 and 1:34 you can see that road sweeper thing again

  • how much is it ?

  • nice

  • Wonderful video!! Hey but I've got a question if you don't mind. How come your HD videos load that fast, while some other guy's HD videos take ages to load and don't look as good as this one?

  • Maybe the other dudes video is:

    A) A bigger file(from when he uploaded it

    B) A longer video

  • @AGLCorporation I second this question 1 year later lol :-) Amazing quality :-)

  • I think that's because the HD processing format is a specific one for youtube videos (That's what my company does for industrial works...)

    Finally!! I've the HDR-FX1000!! :P

  • @AGLCorporation the reason is how they compressed the video. you can have a SD video that 1 min and 2 gigs and then you can have a full HD video that 1 min and 50 mb.

  • Many many thanks for these wonderful videos, they continue to

  • Thanks for your effort - but Where was the Z5 demo?

  • They are the same chips, so the image really won't be different, just the Z5 has more features

  • Not too bad,

    thanks for the demo.
