To: @dianedominique - Yes, Libera's mix has changed many times since their first recordings in 1988. Most Libera YouTube postings are from their CDs, DVDs, and tapings of live performances. Those include song lists, names of choristers who sang solo or were part of a small ensemble, and dates performed and/or recorded. Also, many posters are pretty good about identifying who sang what song, what part, and when. Some die-hard fans can recognize their favorites by voice alone. :)

OMG ! I've never seen Tom sing this. I'm so proud of him. I've got Chills in the Harmony parts. He by far sings this version the best then any other Libera singer. He's also awesome in "Far Away". (5) stars all the way.

1. Libera - Ave Maria (Caccini) - Tom Cully, posted by TrebleChoir99

In "Ave Maria" he solos. In "Air" he solos and is backed by Ed Day, Josh Madine and Liam Connery. Both songs are on their CD "New Dawn". There are no "live" vids of these 2 particular performances, unfortunately. Actually any song Tom and Libera perform is a treat, vid or no vid!

This performance is what has made me proudest of Tom. I have my feelings on certain other songs like "Far Away", but this one is amazing. I can't imagine how hard it is to be able to get to the point where he is where he can reach those difficult notes. He has such good control. No doubt after this performance especially, Tom has the ability. It's no wonder he was a star-soloist for so long.

Now, in 2009, although we start to see much less of him, this performance and others will be legacy.
