Absolutely amazing! This is hard-core Go Ju Karate at its finest; I will be incorporating many of these training techniques in my own school here in Canada. Thank you gentlemen! Ganbatte - Ous!
PART 2... some good throws and falls. The “calm down” gesture followed by the “PUNCH-PUNCH” it just brilliant. I found as well really good the “pressure” works you do. Your work is quite near to my “ideal” martial arts practice. I would just humbly add, as cherry on top, some irikumi.
All your videos are good but this is REALLY good. I love the massive usage of shields and pad, to experiment full power elbows, knees and “dirty” attacks. I really appreciate that you study combinations in a quite realistic context, like no (visible) guard, hands down, defenses against a not-fedor-emilianenko threat...
Well done guys...... I enjoyed watching the clip. You have managed to cover quite a wide spectrum of hand work, leg work, ground work...can see the passion in it....CONGRATULATIONS!!
Thanks WWDUSydney, I appreciate that. My son and partner moved to Melbourne from U.K. only last month. Looking forward to going to see them when they've settled in. 'Bye
Great mate..when your in Melbourne, give us a call. Hopefully you will come to Sydney and we can catch up for a drink or two or three. Meanwhile keep up the great work and keep training with passion.

Does anyone on your gorup that the guy on 00:44 (the second guy making the defense) is just like Clint Eastwood.

Side( A) punches jodan,chudan,gedan
other side(B) blocks each punch,then (B)
punches jodan,chudan,gedan side (A)
blocks each punch. Then both move to the side and the process starts all over again
You can of course use any combination of blocks and punches but we like to keep it simple.Hope that helps SignorFOX
and many thanks for your comment. Take care.
