No it is a razor but he replaced his front end of it,I think the motor is a 10 speed hub motor and it sounds like a electric motor above 6000 rpm.

Nice vid. what voltage motor controller and sprocket are you running? I have a Razor pocket mod that does 20 but I'm 240lbs It has 48v with a 36v controller and thestock 24v 250w motor and stock sprocket. Also there are few ways sprockets more batteries or controllers or motors. Her is an example. by the way, look at my other electrics speeds, My newest bikes are even faster then what you see posted. You post your video of your best days runnings, finely tune your carb run it super lean and give me one good pass on a parking lot with lines to help me in the math of your real speeds. if you would like to buy a radar gun for $80 it will surely help you show your true speeds(psssst, 49cc bikes are slow! water cooled .39cc bikes are the way to go)
