Have you noticed that there isn't a referee on the field, in all the FIFA games ? :b

you have to turn on the referee and the linesman from options. they did this so the game will run on slow computers. just go to options, then graphics and you will see referee - off turn it on. if you have a fast comp, then change the resolution too :)

i heard that pes has alot of glitches in it eg the ball goes all over the place! fifa looks real but dosent play like football where pes plays gr8 but looks like a ps2 game! they should merge together!

there are some rumors that says that konami developers worked in secret with EA..yeah it sounds stupid. but fifa concetrates more in the presentation, making the gameplay more simplistic. PES is the best in my opinion not for the issue of some licenses just because it has better gameplay. fifa 08 is good in simulationg the managing experience. but pes will be the best in game play (i said gameplay not managing like fifa)

is pes in the playstation network 2 download(ps3) cause i have fifa 08 and i like it but it concentrates on individual skill.unlike pes where you need to be a team instead of tricking the whole team u know.

indeed..fifa 08 impressed me this year. last year version was awful..im happy with the new pes 08(xbox version not ps3 it crashes) cuz it has more improved AI and defending is more easy thanks to this. i have both. some ppl argue about who is the best in my opinion no one surpassed each other this year. fifa with a superb presentation and pes with perfect gameplay (im a pes fan but fifa is good this year).

but in fifa 08 has the horrible problems in the rails..your players stay stuck in they areas and dont support you in the offensive its a shame,, and manual passing sucks, but is fine just for momentary fun, but the things that this guys of ea are talking konami did those things 8 years ago LOL
