Martial arts is a great builder of self-confidence & inner strength. I studied wado ryu for a few years & I discovered that the mind is trained as much as the body. Great vid - good choice of music & nicely edited clips.

Aikido should be taught from kindergarten on. I studied it as a youth but moved too much to get good. Later I just was too busy. The confidence coming from the capability of the practice is epic. That Bourne scene is spectacular. Right on... Aloha.
