Common law was created by Judges. Statute law was created by the Queen in Parliament. That is why they have two different names. Understand now?

well the second time i thought i knew my rights.but to no avail.they made it clear they stoped me because of my apearance.so i objected .big mistake.i was arrested for possesion of a tiny amount of dope.hand cuffed forceably strip searched by 8 officers.for some thing i was led to belive was a non arrestable offence.the lesson i learnt .THIS IS A POLICE STATE...

exellent video. i have been stoped and searched twice recently the first time they found nothing and gave me stops and searches form.on the back of this form there is a section "know your rights"where it says"reasonable grounds does not include personal appearance.

i caught the gas company trying to break into my house, no police nothing just a plain clothed gasboard guy and a person with lock picking tools! all because they wanted to read my meter, not because i hadn`t payed them, i hadnt had gas for a year! there was almost a death as a result. i can only presume the goverment have backed this.
