  • Where are you at?

  • @commanderrex11 It's at Whiterun in the front of the gate once you enter.

  • after you make the daggers enchant them to get up enchanting at the same time and increase the profit of the daggers majorly

  • @Startersluck1598 ahhhhh man i wish i read this before i sold my 31 daggers -_-

  • In my skyrim game I killed everyone in Whiterun. Now it seems like a ghost town.

  • just instants ive discoverd that way O.o

  • Is this patched now?

  • @DJxViiper Why would it be patched lol?

  • TY :D

  • Why can no one pronounce ingot properly?

    Its pronounced "ingit," not "inggoht."

  • @Knugent54321

I think it's the other way around .

  • If you go inside the guy sells iron ingots and shit too :)

  • I've got to level 28 blacksmithing without knowing that was a smelter, I'm such an idiot, but really glad I watched this.

  • How do u get all of the other armor choices I only got iron elvin jewelry and studded

  • @santaslilhelper90 when you level up, go into the blacksmithing section and use your perks there.

  • only 360

  • how long should i wait? i did the 1 hour but she didnt restock

  • @ThoseWhoGame I tell you, 48 hours :)

  • Where is that?

  • @rossyboy1081 Whiterun

  • thanks bro, i owe you a black mead xP

  • taganks

  • your someone who can get things done... Lol

  • inGOTS lol

  • woa, thanks for this tip, really helped me ;)

  • Is there any vendor that I can sell stuff to that's got more than a couple of hundred in cash?...

  • do you know where to find ebony ingots?

  • @LongLiveTheRev100 At a vendor. The ones in Windhelm by the forge usually have 5-8 together.

  • @shadowspike99 cheers mate

  • @LongLiveTheRev100 The higher you level up in the game the better armor you can get at forges or by looking in chests ... At lvl 31 they start selliing ebony armor and ingots :)

  • Comment removed

  • Lol yeah that's right at 1:19

  • Thanks and for selling all the daggers you can level up speech too

  • is daedric armor light or heavy armor?

  • @CchadPpherd heavy

  • Nice thank you

  • Thanks to you, I can now forge my daedric armor. YOU ARE A GENIUS. Again, thanks a lot.

  • You could keep those iron daggers to get 100 enchanting... just sayin'

  • you are agenius

  • i use this technique

  • thank you

  • This is a good tip and all, but I wouldn't smelt my iron ore, not when I can buy it for 1g and cast transmute twice for every one I get/buy then smelt to get a gold ingot worth 100g. same for silver ore. Sure smelt anything else, but BUY iron and silver ingots(they are cheap enough) and TRANSMUTE any iron/silver ore you find into gold ore, then smelt the gold ore to get a gold ingot for as cheap as 2gp and a little time. Remember, you cant change those ingots back to ore to transmute later.

  • guys, a better way. After you do all this, don't sell the daggers, because you paid about 1000 gold for then ingots and strips but only sell them for about 200. so what you do, after you make the, go up to dragonsreach and enchant them all. buy gems of the guy there.

  • thats a good way but i think its just kind of boring

  • I liked commenented and subscribed

  • When I did this, I didn't do daggers, but leather bracers.

  • this is not a glitch i was level 20 now 39 in a day works

  • I found an easier way, you just go to riverwood and keep waiting for 24 hours, and he keeps replenishing every 2 days, which means when he gets up to like 200 iron ingots and leather strips, then you can either buy it all off him or kill just kill him and steal it all, then run away and smith somewhere else. dont get me wrong i no this is a really lazy way to do it, and if you kill him you will loose your rep with riverwood and possibly whiterun as well, but you will level real quick.

  • ty this is very helpful

  • Making Iron Daggers at the Forge all day, Suddenly he Knows Dagdric Armour

  • VERY HELPFUL!!! oh crap i kid u not a dragon just attacked me at winterhold colledge

  • @AlbertNolenll really are you going to put that on evey skyrim vid it was funny the first time but not the second

  • Nah leather bracers are alot more efficient

  • @gollom2004 Only because there is more leather than iron.

  • @gollom2004 soo just enchant daggers with banish petty gems for instant 1k and enchant lvl to

  • @watermight banish daedra *

  • @gollom2004 i think you get more exp for the daggers

  • @gollom2004 "Alot" is not a word, you fucking idiot.

  • @TheKamanick I'm not surprised that when I click on your channel it says its unavailable. Just sums you up really, you probably got reported for abuse on all of the other videos that you comment on because you call people "Fucking idiots" for not spacing the a from a lot. Jesus Christ, you understood what I said, clearly, and you call me a fucking idiot. I cant think of anything to say other than, 'get a life you troll'.

  • @TheKamanick You also didn't fucking realise that "Nah" isn't a fucking word either you tool.

  • @gollom2004 lol you're from durham.

  • Comment removed

  • @TheKamanick LOLOLOLOLOL I'm Actually from Durham you fucking idiot.

  • @gollom2004 Thats exactly what I said, YOU FUCKING IDIOT.

  • @TheKamanick No Its not, you said durham, i said Durham... You forgot to capitalise the D you fucking idiot.Thought a spelling and grammar Nazi like you, would have picked up on that. Troll.

  • @gollom2004 ,,,You think 'alot' is a word. HAHA!!

  • @TheKamanick ,,,nice use of commas.

  • @gollom2004 'alot'.

  • you imperial basterd

  • A cheaper alternative to leveling up smithing is leather bracers. 1 piece leather, 2 leather strips. just grab leather, and make strips til you have a 1:2 ratio. leather is cheap even early on, and if you hunt while you're traveling and just use that you'll get a ton for practically free. I have to restrain myself from leveling it too fast now because I want to use alchemy/enchanting more now (btw enchant the bracers for leveling that and making $!)

  • where is this place he went to

  • @ipowermagebty in whiterun

  • the best part about smithing is that not only is it easy as hell to level up it is also amazingly useful

  • If i am an archer which tree should i go up? heavy for the deadric bow then get dragon scale or light armor?

  • Nice idea

  • why the fuck cant i train in blacksmith, i have so much gold that i could train to lvl 100 for crying out loud -.-

  • Annotations ruin your video

  • @CallohDutyHub but you can disable them you plum

  • i used to shoot people with arrows in the knees, but then i took an arrow in the knee

  • is this in whiterun?

  • Thank you! :)

  • The jokes based on that line are gettin out of hand. It's literally not funny anymore.

  • Comment removed

  • I would make an arrow to the knee joke..but im not a virgin see..

  • @TakinYoGirl oh ur so not a virgin... i can obviously tell by ur name

  • Thank you, great video. I can't believe people are actually getting mad you have a few pop ups, very concise and to the point. Well done!

  • come on bro... chill out with the fucking pop ups, i don't care about increasing my illusion skill. if i did i probably would have searched that instead of how to increase your smithing.....

  • I have Dragon-bone armor at level 13 because leveling Blacksmithing is so easy.

They should have put a level requirement on the gear.

  • i started doing making iron daggers when i was lvl3 and i got to lvl 18 just by gettting the skill to 100

  • good shit

  • I used to laugh at people who took an arrow to the knee, but then i took an arrow to the knee

  • ...fuck

1.why the hell does creating that dagger give so much xp towards smithing?

2....thank you mate, i had heard of this method, but did not believe it was this fucking simple

  • HA!!! i never knew smithing could be so easy as that. :D thanks for the fyi video!! :D

  • just craft daggers. Cheap to craft.

  • I'm lvl 68 smithing and this still works. xD

  • is this better than leather bracers?

  • You could also do what you did, then pickpocket your money back, then wait 48 hours, then do it over again.

  • and whats arrow to the knee ?

  • @SaintsRowAddict98 What? If you're talking about why people say "Took an arrow to the knee" It's famous dialog in the game.

  • this is a good strategy but how to you get eg. whiterun blacksmiths to resupply ( do you just wait ? )

  • Thanks. I'm on my way to making daedric stuff. Hopefully I don't take an arrow to the knee

  • Another way i found handy is going to Markarth Excavation site and obtaining dwemer items, metals, scrap metals etc. then smelting them into Dwarven metal ingots (i got 133 just from Markarth, and missed a bunch) Then using iron ingots to craft dwarven bows(requires only 1 iron ingot and dawrven ingot). This levels up you smithing, and you will also get alot of money for selling the bows. Hopes this helps.

  • As I write this I'm sitting on the toilet watching videos on my iPhone. Video was helpful and comments are funny. I would have posted a better comment, but unfortunately I took an arrow to the knee.

  • As I write this I'm sitting on the toilet watching videos on my iPhone about tips on skyrim. The video was very helpful and the comments are great. I would have wrote something better, but unfortunately I took an arrow to the knee.

  • YOUR A BUNCH OF FUCKING NERDS. I WISH YOU ALL WOULD DIE. THAT WAY THERE WOULD BE NO MORE STUPID JOKES. THE WORST PART IS, IT'S NOT EVEN FUNNY! ITS FUCKING ANNOYING.

  • @katybaby1985 Someone's a bit angry since he took an arrow to the knee.

  • @katybaby1985 I use to think like you till I took an arrow to the knee.

  • @katybaby1985 took an arrow to the knee? (IM SO FUNNY)

  • STOP WITH THE FUCKING ARROW TO THE KNEE JOKES. GOD YOU ARE A BUNCH OF IMMATURE KIDS. I SEE THIS SHIT ON THE MESSAGE BOARDS EVERY FUCKING DAY> I DO NOT WANT TO SEE THIS SHIT ANYMORE. MAKES ME FUCKING HATE SKYRIM SOMETIMES, I ALSO HATE YOU FUCKING PEOPLE.

  • @katybaby1985 Ooo, someone must of taken ten arrows to the knee..

  • @katybaby1985 I used to hate people like you do too, then I took an arrow in the knee...

  • @katybaby1985 I used to get annoyed at arrow to the knee jokes, then I took an arrow to the knee

  • @katybaby1985 Being an asshole isn't going to stop people from telling jokes.

  • What is this easy compared to??

  • This in conjunction with Hide Bracers seems to work the best. I also bought out other types of metal to help leveling up. Money doesn't become a problem if you have at least one enchant for bracers and one for weapons as enchanting items skyrockets the price.

  • i use to sub but i took an arrow 2 the knee

  • Thanks a lot, man. This really helped.

  • Lol I feel like a pro cuz I've just discovered this myself :0 Came here to check if somebody already found about that

  • Did they patch this glitch yet? I keep on procrastinating to get to lvl 90 smithing .

  • @pinoyboy579 This is NOTN a glitch.

  • @motherofgod4 agree

  • @motherofgod4 Should be a glitch. Imagine if you just keep creating bad, cheap iron daggers your whole life then, all the sudenly, you can create a Fucking Dragon Scale Armor, the most powerful armor ever made. Where is the sense?.

  • I used this method and got to 100 Smithing in about 8 hours of play time (Not all at once) Thanx man :D

  • YOU IS THE GENIUSINGS

  • how long of a waiting period before shops restock???

  • @mortenbayliss106 48 hours

  • @mortenbayliss106 24 hours usually, so just wait when it runs out.

  • instead of selling the dags straight away enchant em with a banish then sell for 2000

  • Now I can dragon smith. Thanks a million.

  • I used to level up my blacksmith skill, but then I took an arrow in the knee.

  • @AlbertNolenII good one! you kinda took that from the last video..

  • @AlbertNolenII epic xD

  • @AlbertNolenII so you can cast a few jokes...am I supposed to be impressed?

  • Comment removed

  • @AlbertNolenII BUT the arrow was just made by you and it fell from the forge and hit you in the knee

  • @brandemonium5 can't make arrows at forges. Fail

  • @AlbertNolenII I took a hammer to the face o.O

  • we have the same name :D

  • hey man i love u

    and ur vids

    subbed 5/5

  • I got 51 gold ores out of Korysgreg mine or something.

  • lol i found ths out myself

  • I wish i didn't watch this because i wanted to learn how to level up faster myself, but good vid.

  • Waste of money, but well worth it, thx :)

  • thumb's up for ore/ingot stashes

the cost of iron ingots are extremely pricey early on, so just steal them, there's a huge stash Riften in the "Scorching Hammer" downstairs, about 15 iron ingots and 10 steel ingots, with some leather and leather strips. there's about 5 iron and steel ingots at Riverwood's blacksmith under the work bench

HUGE ebony stash in Gloombound mine, BRING A PICK-AXE, smelt them for about 25 ebony ingots, there extremely rare early on, store them somewhere safe in a house

  • @limitsora69 Anywhere else?

  • @Thendorien use UESP.net for other stashes, that's all i got know, and i sort agav eup looking because i got 100 smithing now o_O

  • @limitsora69 the orcs in Gloombound will attack you if you're not an orc blood-brother

  • @OrgnlDave uhh no.... i went in before doing there quest, and they just said im not welcome there, so you must have pissed one of'em off ;D

  • How do i get magic into a weapon to make it more powerful? And why would i do that? How?

  • @SylarDaddy You find a enchanted wepon that i want on your wepon thn take it to a enchanting table and destroy that wepon and u get the enchantmeent but u need a soul gem (try get a betterr on if u want enchantment better) thn u just click on your wepon the enchanment and thn the soul gem and its on it

  • @SylarDaddy 1. Find the enchantment you want on another weapon, preferably in shops, they cost a lot but you learn about it permanently (make sure it's a weapon you don't need, it will DESTROY the weapon)

    2. Find some soul gems, strong ones cost to much, so go steal some.

    3. Physically making weapons stronger will take training in smithing, it starts to become much more potent around level 50 smithing, usually doubling or tripling armor defense and weapon base dmg to the 40's

  • thanks man

  • if u wnt to et your enchanting up take the iron aggers up to the court wizard and use enchantments on the daggers to make even more money plus enchanting level

  • Thanks bro, helped me a lot

  • This is an awesome guide. I'd like to add to it a bit: if you go to Markarth understone keep and break in to the excavation site to the left, it is FULL of dwemer struts and so forth which you melt down to make dwarven ingots. Also in Alftand which is part of the main quest you will find a lot of these. Collect as many as possible and you can make dwarven bows (as long as you are level 50 smithing). These give the same exp as iron daggers, but you can sell them for 100g a pop!

  • Brilliant! :D Do think this will be efficient in trying to get smithing to lvl 100 easily or would you suggest a different glitch, trick, etc. to get it up faster

  • you know to increase your level before you keep smithing to get level exp for it right?

  • Thank you so much! So helpful

  • does this get you money or do you lose money?

  • @ii1337Haxor lose

  • @ii1337Haxor you actually lose quite a bit. i thought it would make money but in the video he buys about 150 gold worth of leather and iron bars it equals about 458 gold and he sells it for 180 so u will lose quite a bit. especially if u dont have good money making methods. like me im sooo poor. i hunt dragons.....thats how broke i am.

  • I just craft leather bracers 1 piece of leather and 2 leather strips of course your way is better if your blacksmith has iron ingots :D

  • omfg this was helpful! thanks to you i now have full glass, only using like 12 thousand gold!
