Sounds like GE needs to be told they are suppose to pay taxes. Oh yeah GE owns the IRS, the media, the president , and fed reserve. Article 1, Section 8 is what makes legal tax on tobacco products, tax on gasoline, tax on income, pretty much all manner of sales taxes, property taxes and estate taxes. As far as where you can find the law, the LAW is the US Constitution and the US Constitution states that it is the Supreme LAW of the land. Now, go check the very first sentence of Article 1, Section 8 of the United States Constitution. It states "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes." What part of that do idiots not understand? The income tax is a TAX as spelled out in Article 1, Section 8.

All I can say is I can understand why many in your country may be reluctant to pay taxes. They may not see the kind of overview I mentioned, but they see enough parts of it to get a feeling that something is hugely amiss. If all I said was rubbish, it would be enough that 1/3 wasted, 1/3 interest/tfr fees would make me a reluctant tax payer if I was there.

Further , the article states that such assertions have been rejected in every court case and deemed frivolous . As far as where you can find the law, the LAW is the US Constitution and the US Constitution states that it is the Supreme LAW of the land. Now, go check the very first sentence of Article 1, Section 8 of the United States Constitution. It states "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes." What part of that do idiots not understand? The income tax is a TAX as spelled out in Article 1, Section 8.

Ok folks we don' t live under real law anymore and haven't in a long time. All these people claiming congress passed some kind of law are wrong. They are code and statue, and not real law at all. But try convincing the corrupt system of this and yes those court decision are from courts that routinely don't follow the law, because they don't know what it is. Me , I don't worry, pretty soon the corrupt system will fall and all these arguments will be mute points.

Acts are passed by Congress, after they are signed by the President they are laws, those laws are put into "The Statutes at Large" and if you group them together by subject matter they are called "Code"s.

Much has been written on the two agendas I mentioned. Gary Allen's stuff was just the best overview. He gives the company affiliations in there. But I'll give you some obervations. Consider: the Rothschild statement about how, if he has the power to print a country's money he cares not who makes the laws. Kennedy's speech about the international conspiracy (only a few weeks before hsi murder); Churchill's reference to a "high cabal"; Eisenhower's warning about eh miltitary industrial complex.

@RetSquid I am not much intersted in a debate. I see what I see. The tip of theice-berg as I mentioned it will give anyone enough proof. All I can say is I can understand why many in your country may be reluctant to pay taxes. They may not see the kind of overview I mentioned, but they see enough parts of it to get a feeling that something is hugely amiss. If all I said was rubbish, it would be enough that 1/3 wasted, 1/3 interest/tfr fees would make me a reluctant tax payer if I was there.

@RetSquid you have an expanding government, by design. The government is a consumer not a producer. Imagine how little taxes they would have to use if they followed the constitution and did not have 100s of mil. bases internationally. Perhaps the "cheats" would become more willing to pay if they did not have to pay for the govt waste and the wars funded by the Fed to meet the twofold agenda of their masters (reduce population of Earth, transfer wealth from middle class to elite).

@RetSquid you want "proof" like a statement from a "qualified economist" or a "certified CFR" member? The "proof" is there for anyone to see. I did not misread the report. 30 years ago I read Gary Allen's summaries of the Fed. Then, people would cry "conspiracy theory" if you mentioned it. Since then, I have seen all the trends per his observations escalate. He gleaned them from little more than CFR press releases.

@RetSquid Seek proof that 1) war kills people (easily done). (2) seek proof regarding the ownership of the main military companies. (3) satisfy yourself regarding how wars are funded. You don't have to beleive it but it works like this: Central banks print money to pay for the urgently promoted wars. Mil.Ind corps. get first of the money at near full current value. The money filters into the system and devalues what individuals own by devaluing the currency.

@RetSquid Mil.Ind. is just one area -- then you have the revolving doors; from FDA to Monsanto, Big Pharma (et al), Goldman to treasury to Fed -- and others. Examine the ownership of the big companies involved and how the czar system favours them and the lobbying system buys them further favours. All the proof is available to anyone who will look and can pull up the overview for themselves. Look at where the known portions of the recent bailouts went. Listen to Gates, CFR, Phillip on ppltnCtrl.

I'm not paying taxes to get harassed by police get polluted water and the list goes on and on. It's still not a refund when its your own money to begin with. Also I didn't say defense budget I said equal to the amount we spend on war. Those are two different things. A budget can be allocated to having troops at the UN when their are special meeting or conferences. I'm talking about actual war.

@RetSquid They were 'perfidious' for not being forthcoming with the member of the press who asked the question about where is it in the Federal tax code that American's are required to pay a Federal income tax, which is also a question posed by any American who has contemplated this particular issue. After all, they are a "part" of the American government, thereby they should be willing to at least address the questions being posed to them by THEIR citizens. Do you not agree.

I have never seen a news clipping or video footage in which this same question has been posed that has ever been answered by anyone of the people representing the IRS. They have ducked and dodged answering this question for too long and the citizens want an answer. So, since we can't seem to get an answer from them, and it seems as though you have all the answers, you prove to us where it is required, by law, that a citizen pay taxes!

That is not an attempt to explain why or how what you are doing is right. For the record, I know what the definitions are to the words I used. I hope you can understand the context in which they were used. I did not mock you, I posed an honest question hoping to hear your viewpoint which I guess I wont get.
