Sorry to hear about that! I just found out that I have an enlarged heart also.... Just took test yesterday and won't know the results till Friday... Good Luck....
Same here. 4 or5 years ago, I had to go to the hospital in emergency. Heart problems caused by my extreme anxiety.
My cardiologyst said that people like me, with general anxiety disorder, are vulnerable to heart problems. She recommended me to do some physical exercices and change my diet, but... I hate physical exercices. And my diet is not working...
So, I'm into meds since then.
Well, things of the life. Hope you cam handle with it. Take care and don't worry about it.
Sorry to hear the bad news. Well, just take it as a sign to try and make some positive changes. I know, easier said than done. I should probably change the way I eat but it's really difficult. It's hard to stop eating tasty stuff.
Yeah, I was sorry to hear it too. And don't worry, I have been. I've been trying to make a few even before but now I guess I have another reason to try doing even better and make more positive changes. I agree, it's difficult to not really being able to eat as much really tasty stuff as you'd like.
I'm sorry to hear that it wasn't a clean bill of health, but at the same time relieved that it wasn't the worst one either. I sooo know where you are coming from with this... I will soon be undergoing an upper endoscopy to determine what is causing a feeling of constriction in my throat when I swallow and I'm nervous. As long as its something that can be fixed, I'm fine.. Just dont wanna hear the "C" word in the results after its done. Hang In There & Peace. =D
Sorry to hear that it's bad news. Hopefully you won't have to have surgery or have to be on meds or anything if it can be helped. It's times like these where I wish we had the ability to quickly and dramatically heal ourselves, especially when it comes to fixing things that go wrong on the inside.
Yeah, I was really hoping things were going to come back normal. Fortunately the woman I talked to didn't mention anything about surgery or medicine, so maybe at least for now that's a good thing. But I wish we had that ability too.
My grandfather's had an enlarged heart for as long as I can remember (and I believe the other thing you said as well)...he's almost 99. It can be controlled and, in some cases, reversed. I wouldn't worry too much about it until they probe into it some more.

(( Just want to give you a hug... a silent quiet one.))
Please just tell me to dry those tears, at least say something like be happy for every day you do have.

I was too. Fortunately it wasn't worse though. Good luck on your test and yeah, hopefully whatever it is is correctable.

Well that's good to hear among the bad news. The woman I was talking to did say that the damage is done but things can get better instead of worse.
