  • I like the movement that was in Turok 2. He takes actual steps, he doesn't float like in other fps games. You had to press the yellow c-buttons hard for a while in order to get him to move, which is realistic. Today a lot of fps games has this, but Turok 2 really was before its time.

  • This song brings me back old memery when i was 7 years old on nentendo

  • Turok help!

  • This music holds a feeling of urgency.

  • I still have an old N64, i bought it in 1999. I decided to put that thing back to work just because i wanted to play Turok 2, and an N64 emulator just didn't feel the same.

  • one of the best song of videogames forever

  • This game whooped my butt. I never made it beyond the second level. So, needless to say, I got quite acquainted with this music. ... Awesome as it is, it's also mocks me, as if whenever it comes on, it's going to say "you're not getting much farther than this level, bitch!"

    And thus... I QQ. :(

  • Best moments IMO;1.23-2.39 & 3.53-5.18!FULL ADRENALINE!!!

  • This music really takes me back to when games really challenged gamers because no matter the difficultly you would always have to worry about your limited health or ammo reserves. (Oh and not to forget the awsome cheat codes games had back then!)

  • This FPS is better than the currents games FPS i love this games of turok.

I like so much than Halo or Gears of Wars!!! /m/

  • The most Underrated video game series of fps (ACTUALLY THE MOST THOUGHT OUT AND DETAILED FOR ITS TIME FPS EVER AND NOW!!!!!!!)

  • i wanna play turok soooo bad now to bad my 64 was crushed =(

  • this game was so fucking long..

  • PLEAS NINTENDO PLEAS MAKE MORE GAMES LIKE TUROK 2 !!!! PLEAS FUCK MODERN TUROCK MOST PEOPLE CAN BEAT THAT SHIT IN ONE DAY PLEAS NINTENDO MAKE A NEW CONSOLE !!! OR JUST KEEP MAKING TUROKS LIKE SEEDS OF EVIL

  • @pike12345selmo eh the game wasnt made by nintendo it was made by Acclaim.

  • @Strahlenreiter well wer the fuck is aclaim now y r they sitting on there asses when they could be making millions on a nother turok seeds of evil

  • @pike12345selmo They went bankrupt in 2004 after some very questionable business decisions. Propaganda Games, who had developed 2008's Turok, were working on a sequel to said game. But about 70 layoffs of workers at Propaganda Games resulted in the project being cancelled. So who knows whats gonna happen next. Hopefully somebody else will pick up the rights and develop.

  • @Strahlenreiter hope fully bro all we can do is wait and some how tell the world and vote i just realy miss the old games bro

  • I BET TUROK WAS LISTENING TO THIS WHILE HE WAS KICKING ASS!

by far TUROK 2 is the best turok, the new turok and t evolution was gay they should have acclaim back and make another turok with the monsters from turok 2

  • This Game and RE 2, Were the must scariest games I played in all my childhood TwT

  • I am TUROK

  • Fucking great music, even greater game!!

If any game of the Turok franchise is to be remaked, they should go with the first one, Dinosaur Hunter... The very first FPS I played, by far the most mind-blowing game I've played, a real challenge for those old-school gamers... A native american blasting with massive destructon weapons, through powerful Purr-lins, cybernetic enhanced dinosaurs and the final battle against The Campaigner and his maniac laughter... Man... Great memories :)...

  • he 3DS needs an update of this game. One of my favourite games ever. Man, I'm gonna download this for pc right now lol.

  • Fucking i wonder my self what happened to these great games i mean cmon i use to loveeeee turok zelda mario all those amazing games but now days its all about controls graphics ESPECIALLY GRAPHICS and the other things the system can do like playing music and videos internet what happened to the good times and now i dont have my n64 cuz of my mother fucking cuzin where on earth do i get another one!!!! must....play....TUROKKKKKKKKKKK

  • I think this is my favorite level of the whole game. Beautiful Music!

  • @mrhydralisk you can say that again!

    " I AM TUROK!"

  • @c310188 "If only...only, only...arrgggghhhhhhhhhhhh"

  • They should remake this..

  • this game was the overshit

  • Recuerdo esa época cuando jugaba este juego,

tenía unos 12 años...Ahora tengo 18 y me entra una nostalgia

muy cabrona, gratos recuerdos los que guarda YouTube.

  • Greatest game from the crappiest company.

  • @Darksky1001able LJN is worse in my opinion.

  • So.. had the game since released, iam 18 years old, still havent finished it(but when you were a kid such things didn't matter) and iam still somehow afraid of playing it on my old n64.

But Iam gonna have to honor a true masterpiece of a game by finishing it. They don't make them like that no more...

    Peace.

  • muito boa musica! classica!

  • fuck,

I haven't played an original cartridge in ten years, but the last time I did, I was too poor to afford a controller pak, so I always had to ironman mode it.

I never did get past the third level by the time night came by,

    the levels are fucking huge.

  • @plasmapunk Collectively, the environments in the game measure about 5 and a half miles distance. It's incredible for a game at this time, and still one of my favorites to this day. The 90's were the best years of gaming.

  • @GrabnarKorgoth damn right,

hope the next decade has something interesting in store,

    because the 2000's fucking sucked.

We need to get rid of all this family entertainment bullshit, children's games, rythm games, drama and fps clones.

the future in gaming is looking bleak.

  • bought this game from amazon thursday morning, just got it today, on the PC platform, definately on my toplist alongside perfect dark.

  • who ever used the weapon "talons"?? I mean seriously..

  • @IronicusPaladin Anyone willing to improvise.

  • @NinjaGhostScorpion

specially the razor talons, they looked fucking fierce, and they made a triple cut.

  • @IronicusPaladin When they get upgraded they're beast though. what are they called, war claw?

  • wicked song, fitting for the level and objectives made me feel like a hero while playing XD

  • Il miglior gico del mondo !!! Non esistono giochi in questo modo nemmeno sulla pS3!!!!

  • only one thoug , the exagerated movement that your gun did when moving XD espessialy the shotgun XD but still an awesome game ^^

  • @mic7reaper I actually liked the exagerated gun movement for some reason, can't really explain why I just did :-P

  • @Burdai cuz it looked badass lol and was always fitting with every music , like this one ^^

  • @Burdai

I too enjoyed the gun movement. I enjoy it in any game. A few examples are Battlefield: Bad Company 2 (mostly the pistols) and Bioshock, but of course Turok 2 is the best.

  • @Burdai I agree, I thought it was comparable to actually running

  • @mic7

That way it would look more realistic.

  • The best song of one of the best games I ever enjoyed.

  • sweet song! awsome! :D

  • instant classic son "I AM TUROK!!!"

  • Sounds like Three 6 Mafia sampled this in "Who Run It".

  • I still have this game. The music still holds up. The levels are the size of texas lol.

  • epic music. n64 rip :D

  • The N64 version sounds better!

  • Wait was this the first level?

  • yes

  • I AM TUROK!!!

  • This game was pure pwnage when it came out. It was a HUGE improvement from the original (although the first one is good too). The epic soundtrack is just one aspect of this brilliant game!

  • I love this stage's music! and I love the outro to the lair of the blind ones stage music. the one where it gets all hardcore with drums and trumpets and tuba's

  • not for me , i thinks this one is a lot better , but i respect your opinion :D

  • Not bad, but the PC version is better for me (im played the N64 version first anno...)

  • Yea it just seems like developers don't even try anymore. "Oh yay, another FPS about intergalactic space marines. I'm looking forward to waiting half an hour for my health to regenerate, the shitty vehicles sections with horrible steering and lame soundtrack composed by a deaf budgy.

  • fuck me. just listening to this brings back so many childhood memories...

i really want to dig around for my n64 and play it again. never got round to completing it, so i want to give it another shot, but like people been saying the music in this game is trully fuckin epic.

  • Is it just me or was music much better in the old days? Look how long and dynamic this song is... and its just a cartridge with limited space....

I feel like developers dont care so much about music anymore unless its a RPG.

  • i feel the same way man! games are always so much more memorable with great songs! Music is goddamn important, and few of today's games use them. Instead video game producers rely on graphics and visuals to produce the same effect. Yeah... that shit doesnt work

  • @Draftgon

I agree. This song was super fking epic and involving. You felt awesome, felt capable, felt like killing some bad motherfuckers. Music on games nowadays are really standart, without that feeling of something more.

  • @Draftgon well its cause these days they don't make music but cinematic crap.

  • the mother is the hardest boss in history of games!!!!!

  • game was way to fucking hard, its seems imposable thats my i use cheats

  • its not impossible. ive beaten it without them, but it is fun to go back with the cheats and maul everything in your path

  • This game was a big leap in graphical side for the N64 .

and a big leap in great gameplay , thanx for uploading this my friend , 5 stars here

  • man i can still remember playing this when i was 7 walking round with the double barrel shotgun, loved the music so much. loved the first turok too, both classic awsome games ! 5 star man ;)

  • joshua fireseed :) awesome game

  • I AM TUROK!

  • This song is far too epic for an intro level.

  • TomahawkWarfare i know what your saying ,and i love alot of todays games. But put yourself in our shoes ! in 15-20 years youll be saying just what we are.. or would say if we make it that far. love this post, this game, and this music!! Peace!!

  • amen to that bro!

  • Bah, you youngun's don't know how good these games were!

Nowadays they all feel the same... old school is where it's at... you whippersnapper.

  • respect the classics, man!

  • I'm actually 18,i was born in January 19 1991.And about the games, you don't need to be 34 to appreciate all the good old games, besides,i'm saying that because i used to play a huge lot of old games while growing, and i mean OLD games, atari 2600 NES and a bit of snes,i know a good classic game when i see it.

Cheers! (death to all new gamers!!)

  • Hell, I'm actually 19. YouTube fucked up my age somehow when I was making my profile, and I can't change it...

Hey, I still play my Nintendo 64, my NES, I've got emulators of nearly all the old consoles, yeah, games are mostly crap now. I've almost given up on the gaming industry.

  • EMULATORS??????????? that is no where near the real thing. the emulator graphics are better. if ure gonna play an old game, u need the system. go to any used game store. an n64 is like 20/ 30 bucks. games are like 4 bucks. its quite the budget system these days

  • @andree1991 play duke nukem forever.

  • n64 = best console ever made! =D

    turok 2 + duke nukem zero hour = <3

  • @ToEjaMxD zero hour was awesome, very underrated game, nobody ever talks about it!

  • @pinklydell I've played a few weeks ago :D

  • I like this version better than the one on pc

  • is was addicted to this game when i was younger ^_^

  • The all the enemies from turok made the Flood and the covenant look like pussies!!!

the old violent games were the hardcore ones....what happened to games like this?? it makes me soo sad to see that games now are made to make money and not to entertain people like the old days... :( shitty graphix = best games in fucking history! dont believe me? supermario bros. for nes. by far, the best selling game in the world....good graphics dont make a good game

  • Remember Body Harvest?

  • Maan. Body harvest was badass, i used to goto the level where it was 1991 all the time, was it Serbia,or yugoslavia? or

  • Yeah!!! Yeah! I was playing "Body Harvest" like... last week, and I was playing Siberia! That's the 1991 level. I really loved the atmosphere there, and the part where you go to the train conductors house and he's there, practically dead...

...it kinda creeped me out, but I loved it SO much!

  • you have such a good point. haha this game actually used to scare me alot and I couldnt stop playing it where as the games of today are so well graphically designed...that it doesnt scare or keep me hooked on as much as the old games were

  • Yep...

  • "1991"

You're 17, and you talk about the old days of gaming history? go away, kid.

  • @andree1991 agreed, totally!

  • @andree1991 yay someone that finnaly agrees

  • @andree1991 shitty graphics? What are you talking about Turok 2 still looks fantastic.

  • the soundtrack was and is just as epic as the game

  • too bad he dies in turok 3 shadow of oblivion u can see the ending now

  • It's not Joshua who is Turok in Turok 3 right? (i've never played it myself though)

  • yes its him =(

  • Favorite game too.

  • BEST Turok song ever right here.

  • epic

  • Does anyone knows where to download the music of Turok2?

  • One of my favorite games

  • Oh man the memories...

  • my favorite soundtrack of my favorite level from my favorite N64 game! thank you so much for the upload! the port of adia was always my favorite level lol.

  • FUCK YEAH.

  • where can i get this song i like n64 version better

  • HELP ME TUROK!!!!!

  • I... AM... (not) TUROK...!!!

  • no fuck you im gunna kill DA PRIMAGIN!!! XD

  • YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!!!

  • huh lol?

  • What?

  • the new turok doesnt stand a chance against the originals and this tune is one of the best

  • I've been thinking, they should release a compilation of the 3 original Turok games, Turok: Dinosaur Hunter, Turok 2: Seeds of Evil, and Turok 3: Shadow of Oblivion for the PS3, Wii, Xbox 360, and PC. They could make some money off of that.

  • how can i get this song?

  • if anyone was like me and grew up as a teenager with this game then you will understand that when the game first game it was just a really good shoot em up but it isnt until you get older you realise that it wasnt just a good shoot em up at that time, it was arguably the best shoot em up ever to be launched for the N64.

i sold my N64 a purchased a new one countless times and always baught this game, it has such an awesome first level soundtrack

  • hahah shit ya i still play all the turoks every once in a while ive played turok dinosaur hunter more than the new one

  • next gen games doesn't mean they are better, And Turok is one of them, Old but classy

If you played this game at young age you know what I mean.

  • Seeing everyone wishing they could play this game again makes me feel lucky since I still have my 64 and the game. :D Ive been playing for three days now but only got up to level 3. >_> Damn I suck. Still good though.

  • Damn I miss this game sooo much T_T. hope to see something like this in the near future.

  • miss playing these old games

  • I think this game was one of the of all time N64 game that had a perfect atmosphere, this song, the broken environment, and children screaming for help in the background...

  • I agree, also graphics-wise this game was amazing for the N64. Still one of the best shooters I've played, even these days I still play it on my N64 :-)

  • damn right

  • Finally I found the real soundtrack

  • holy shit, ive been looking for this music peice! i love this song so much x3

    thanks for uploading.

    LONG LIVE TUROK!

  • This version seems a little more serious and grim than the other one.

  • what is that instrument of 2:07??

  • I think that's just a piano or some form of keyboard played very low on the register.

  • It's a synthesized bass.

All the instruments and vocals are keyboard synth in this piece.

  • luv luv luv

  • Ah! Now THIS is the version I remember from when I used to play this on my N64! *sigh* Good times.

    Thanx for uploading this! =D

  • love this song

  • Killer bass aroud the middle of the song

Also hwere did you get the N64 version ost? :(

  • THank you soooo much@!!!
