End of the day not sure if you still like the new DW but I have been a fan since the 80s and my mate Steven Price has met most of the cast. Also was in Longleat. I think us fans should stick together that is if it gets past the 50th Anniversary take care
Beautifully done, love it! The only constructive thing I could say is maybe make the "eruption" sort of thing on the head slightly wider so it bursts out more, but that doesn't matter too much, honesty loved it! :)

I did say to Sam that I was working on Adobe and its a program I found fascinating and of course there is always room for improvement with anyone. Plus every regeneration is different :)

Plus probably like you I enjoy the challenge. I knew there was a way to do the particles where as mine came out all round etc. So I worked on it. You showed that it could be done by your video. Sometimes it only takes one person to step up to the plate.
@Aspergianstar2009 You are wrong in your observations. All of this was done in After Effects. And it really is no challenge, at all. There really isn't a competition, however much you want it, go and find someone else to play with, i'm not participating.

@TechForThePeople ;) The particles are not that hard to do the lighting he probably did in maya or adobe and motion on apple. It does look hard at the start but I am loving doing my regeneration sequences
This is one of the best I've seen! It looks allot like the real thing, do you need to download anything like plugin to let you do it or is it already on CS5
@TechForThePeople Take a look at mine you have not been looking hard I have seen some amazing ones not just mine that using particle regeneration. It is good but it would have been better had he used a green screen and then put in The Tardis Background in my opinion adding a bit of turbulence. But this influenced me to work on my own so well done to him.

What did you use for the wispering effect of the particles. How was form used. Forgive my questions I simply am trying to see how you used form. I have a feeling it was used for the regeneration
Sod what some people say mate I get the same. End of the day they all say they could do better but we don't see any videos off them. Or we see is crap comments saying how much better they could do. Talk is cheap I want to see action. You can't get better than someone that looks exactly like the real regeneration. All I will say is try and get a green screen and put yourself in the tardis next time the rest is ace

Although this regeneration is amazing, it'd be even better if you didn't use quite as much glow, and you tuned the colours a little bit so the particles are more of a stronger gold like the real thing and possibly use more of trapcode form when the regeneration energy bursts out in those streams. Couldn't do a better job myself and most people on youtube probably can't though, can't give you more credit for that.
@BlckHrt141 Not possible. Unless Red Giant have released Trapcode plug ins for Sony Vegas. You will be needing After Effects to create an effects this diverse.
@BlckHrt141 I know what you mean. And yea, you could do it with any video editing software really. But after effects is the one you want. With enough time, you can make it look like the regeneration effect on the show! (:
@BlckHrt141 You can make some regeneration effects on sony vegas but not a complex as this... Using some fractal noise in the media generator and some color fx, etc...
That was really good! One of the best I've seen. It would have been awesome if you showed your arms, too, to give the full effect. But this was a great job! Keep it up. :)

@TechForThePeople Take a look at mine you have not been looking hard I have seen some amazing ones not just mine that using particle regeneration. It is good but it would have been better had he used a green screen and then put in The Tardis Background in my opinion adding a bit of turbulence. But this influenced me to work on my own so well done to him.

Sod what some people say mate I get the same. End of the day they all say they could do better but we don't see any videos off them. Or we see is crap comments saying how much better they could do. Talk is cheap I want to see action. You can't get better than someone that looks exactly like the real regeneration. All I will say is try and get a green screen and put yourself in the tardis next time the rest is ace

Although this regeneration is amazing, it'd be even better if you didn't use quite as much glow, and you tuned the colours a little bit so the particles are more of a stronger gold like the real thing and possibly use more of trapcode form when the regeneration energy bursts out in those streams. Couldn't do a better job myself and most people on youtube probably can't though, can't give you more credit for that.

@BlckHrt141 Not possible. Unless Red Giant have released Trapcode plug ins for Sony Vegas. You will be needing After Effects to create an effects this diverse.
