A little mistake: At the time the Italian came, Italia was still a Kingdom but not a Republic. So the TV should have used the Tri-Colour with the Royal Coat of Arms on it.

I could be wrong but to me it sounds as if some of his other accent bleeds through a bit, but yes he does speak very good cantonese.

The presenter (is he Indian) speaks perfect Cantonese, in fact, much better than Cantonese children from a deprived background. His accent is great!
