Also, with the cardio the main focus of the workout is the Butt. Though you can't spot reduce when it comes to fat you focus on one muscle group more than others. Again, this only shows and becomes evident with the cardio and fat loss. You can't spot reduce fat but you can choose to only work one muscle group.

This is a great workout for the entire body. I noticed signifficant differences in my body within a month, and I was only sticking to half of the routine. It is a lot of fun too once you build your stamina, it is very challenging.

This is a great workout for the entire body. I noticed signifficant differences in my body within a month, and I was only sticking to half of the routine. It is a lot of fun too once you build your stamina, it is very challenging.

So I'm like watching this and not even thinking about wanting to order this crap but the stuff he does in his video is stuff I'm already doing and I'm losing weight and shaping my ass without making him rich.
