I used to have a BIG dog that would shoe-horn himself into a laundry basket. It was the funniest thing to see. You never know what they're going to enjoy.

That's so cute! My whippet always used to try and cram herself into the smallest possible spaces available even though she had a huge bed of her own. Must be a whippet-greyhound trait. Watching this makes me think of her. I miss her so much..

My greyhound does the same thing. She likes to steal the cat's bed even though she has her own big dog bed covered in blankets.

You can buy the biggest bed in the world for them, and they'll still find something too small to curl up in! My blue greyhounds just the same :). Very cute!

We have 6 full size dog beds in the house, in addition to the sofas. Dewey will actually choose the cat bed when he can sleep in a full size bed.

We have the opposite situation! We have 2 greyhounds but need 3 beds because one of our cats insists on sleeping on their bed instead of his. Sometimes the cat will wait til the dog curls up in one of their beds and then he'll crawl in with them. They are all so precious.

My grey does the same thing. She too has a bigger bed, but likes to use it for storing her toys, and sleeps i the little dog or cat beds. They are such sweet dogs :)

everyone should own a greyhound, there's not a day goes by that my Clyde doesn't make me laugh and the affection they show cannot be compared! truly beautiful, gentle giants! I can't help but smile at this gorgeous boy

I LOVE this! My Greyhound Bubba (rest in peace) would try this with my sister's Shar-Pei's bed which was about the same size and honestly, it made for a good laugh because he had a huge comfy bed to lie in but chose the itty bitty bed instead LOL! Thanks for posting! I really miss my Bub.....

My greyhound does this very same thing! We have larger beds, but she likes to curl up in the smallest round bolster bed that is sized for small dogs.

Wow. I used to have a brindle greyhound. One time my sister in law was dropping off her beagle for me to dogsit while they went out of town. She had a bed exactly like that and my greyhound wound herself up in the exact same way to get into it. We laughed so hard.

he is obviously into his feng shui! he needs a big bed with sides! our greys have a corner sofa and bed sofa each! luckily they dont like my leather sofas! except when they wanna sit licking it! saves me lots of polishing!

I have a greyhound girl and it amazes me what contortionists they are! She hasn't done this lately, but I have a picture of her when we first got her and she curled herself up into the smallest ball and went to sleep on the ottoman. Amazing, considering that she's almost sixty pounds! Greyhounds are such lovely dogs. Adopt one!

I just love this video, this is exactly like my Greyhound used to do to my cats bed before he broke it! I just rescued another greyhound just 4 weeks ago today, he is beautiful as well, I live in Ireland we have such terrible problems with Gryhound abuse!

Awww he is cute :) We had a rescue greyhound, got him 6 years ago on boxing day, he was an amazing pet and was part of the family. Sadly we had 2 have him put down in june :( his cancerous growth on his back leg was 2 aggresive :( Greyhounds are amazing pets and I would definately recommend rescuing one :)

Fantastic.... we found our greyhound about a year ago on the side of the road after she was left to die literally, She was very young and whoever had her decided she wasnt worth keeping alive, she now lives happly in my home with my cat and in his cat bed, cat doesn't mind because he gets a Hugh bed to himself...if anyone out there considering adopting please go with a greyhound, gentle giants full of love. This video says it all thanks so much for posting :)

hahahaha i think it's because of their flexible spine that they can actually curl up with the smallest circumference.  my cat is a mau, the greyhound of cats and he does the the same thing...

As I write this I have a cat asleep on my lap. We are so very lucky to have so many wonderful babies (5 cats and the 2 dogs).

We are expecting our first child this year, so we are enjoying the quiet while we can. ;)

Actually we have 3 bolster type beds. They just were not in the living room that day. I have seen him still go to the cat bed even with the bolster beds available.

We love our boys. They are so sweet.

I love it! I have the opposite in my house, our kitty sleeps in the greyhounds beds. It always amazes me that they let her, neither one will chase her off and she thinks she is queen of the dog bed.
