Hey I was wondering if a bowflex is worth investing in? i've been goin to the gym for years with good results, but time is making it hard to make it there anymore. So i was wondering if having a bowflex, and a free weight bench will do similar wonders for me like the gym has provided. i'd appreciate any input i can get thanks.
buy a barbell, squat rack and an adjustable bench. That is enough to do all the compound exercises anyone who isn't a fitness model or bodybuilder will ever need.
Josh Morehouse used to work at 24 Hour Fitness in Federal Way, WA. I do not believe he works there anymore. He never used the Bowflex system to gain that body definition.
Free weights have faster results. Just purchasing two pairs of medium weight(depends on your strength) and heavy weight dumb bells and a how-to book and you'll see/feel results. After that, you'll join a gym for more.
This is probably the best piece of exercise equipment (in terms of variety of exercises and the build quality) that you're going to find in an infomercial.
However, it won't come cheap, and you're almost certainly better off purchasing a gym membership instead. Most places will allow you to pay by the month, and will have an incredible array of weight machines, cardio machines, and free weights. There's also the benefit of having trainers to consult with and other members to train with :-)
I like josh too not many pictures of him tho

Bowflex es el mejor aparato y más completo del mundo. En E.E.U.U es más barato que en España, lo venden en Wollmark
