how do u export the song after u chop it because u keep pressingg on and off on the mute button?

There's many ways you can export it, either click on the record button on top and do your thing, open up Edison on the Master Mixer Channel and use Edison to record, use automation clips on the mute knobs, or whatever you find easier and efficient..

I don't really know, I haven't fully experimented with Garageband, only when I go to Best Buy where the Apple computers are at. But I think you can, you just gotta mess around with it until you're familiar with it.

just play around with the keys, buttons, knobs, sliders, bars and you'll soon get the hang of it, look for tutorials here on youtube, that's how I learned so far, and I'm still learning...
