F20Cs certainly do not come with 196ftlbs from the factory. As far as the "120" that's a little higher than fuel cut in 4th on an AP1 (about 5mph IIRC, should account for some extra revs)
+1, ITB's do yield a bit of an increase in power but their primary function is the throttle response and mid-range results that are especially nice if you are out on road courses or autox

this is a rear wheel dyno....not engine dyno. 240 is inflated flywheel hp.

These cars typically do right at 195-205 at the back wheels stock, depending on the dyno. I'd assume he's saying the speed on the speedo.

ITBs wont really give you any power maybe 2-5HP....but they help alot if you have a track set up
