This man is not wise. please note, when the reporter ask him why he should be the new director of FMI, he answer with his positions in the goverment and his tuition bacground, instead of telling what he has done for Mexico, his country. Yo don't have to be intelligent to notice that this man does not have anything to do running the FMI, only for the simple reason that he is totally incompetent.
