Wow...Max Theriot looks like a fairer Taylor Lautner in the first picture. Liv Tyler as Esme would be PERFECT! However, I almost puked when I saw Leonardo Dicaprio as Carlisle, not that he's a bad actor but because I just can't imagine a better Carlisle than Peter Facinelli. And Kyle Schmid as James would not do, despite being a vampire, Bella described James as very average looking, Schmid idn't average looking.

i feel like i have to say that your opinions are wrong and this casting leads me to believe that you have some sort of mental handy cap. mostly because Billy Burke (charlie) is the most perfect actor for the role and because Ashley Greene and Jackson Rathbone are fantastic as Alice and Jasper. I'm not saying that the original cast is great but i would rather watch the crap fest that is the first twilight movie 100 times then watch it once with your casting pics.

The casting decisions were the first mistake. Aside from Kellan and Ashley. they were pretty spot on.

But for serious!! Kristen may as well have been in a coma, for all the emotion (lack there of) she put into that role.

And Rob? Well, he just acted like an angsty awkward highschool boy. There is no heart or emotion from them at all! No chemistry! No lovey-dovey-ness.
