Try to correct backward/forward movement with the little trimming knob on your transmitter. Trim it a little more forward

i've just bought one rather good, approx 50 mins charge time and 7-9 mins flight time. it says about 5-6 mins in the manual but mine lasts for abut 9 mins =]
