We are peacefull against violence. We had 4 rallys, millions silent marching holding the V signs, saying that silence holds the strongest shout. The problem is that, other than the hostage crisis 30 years ago and Khomeini's fatwa against Salman Rushdie, the only thing that most of the western world knows about Iran is that it's an N away from being Iraq - Most of us simply have no clue WTF is going on.

I applaud the people who took the videos and onlymehdi for making it accessible here but it needs to be translated. If someone adds english subtitles (and let's me know) I'll personally add french ones.

Have to agree with ejunk 1. If you want the world to know, you'll have keep their interest. Nchevre1 - subtitles would be way more than 'nice'. They would make the film way more accessible and western TV stations would be more likely to feature it. We need to understand what is going on - pictures alone don't give us that.

You may be right, nchevre1. I hope so. Pictures are worth 1k words, so video must be worth 1 mil, but until the 2 minute mark, there are no real pictures that can be taken by themselves to "hook" the english speaking audience. Attention spans and patience run short in the American populace. 2 minutes is too long to expect them to wait.
