Ovako vruce i frisko jeo bi ga i za dorucak. Rece ljudi da smo kanibali koliko volimo meso haha. A gdje nece sjesti ovako dobro ispeceno, frisak hljeb i neka salata. Ma i ne mora salata, moze i glavica luka haha.

Zdrava Voda!! Been there a number of times, great service, awesome food, reasonably priced and a very nice atmosphere...

I spoke to one of the chefs there, on weekends they go thru 60 whole lambs A DAY!!!!

Strongly recommend stopping by and having a meal. It's along the way from Sarajevo to Mostar, in a town called Jablanica.

highly recommend " restoran zdrava voda " in jablanica to anyone traveling between mostar and sarajevo - beautiful locale along the neretva river , and as you can see above , the roast lamb is amazing ! my bus made a stop there for half an hour and i took advantage of it . najbolje hranu izmedju mostar i sarajevo - kako zelim ! pozdrav iz new jersey

What would you typically eat with your magnificent lamb, I'm a foodie and I gots to know.

Typically you would eat it with a salad, bread and lots of beer. We are not meat only eating nations in fact our diet includes a lot of vegetables and grains but in spring in summer young lamb is specialty. During the lamb roast people tend to enjoy lamb and do not eat much else.

Usually it is slaughtered fresh from the pasture and prepared that day.

It is similar to TX barbecue cookout people really come for meat. The lamb is not marinated or flavored with sauces only salt.
