I guess. They needed to be bought. Lambo was on the verge of going bust. I'm not like pro German or anything. I live in Canada and my background is Scottish.

But it seems almost every auto maker salvaged by a German builder is made even better. Lambo, Rolls, Bentley...even Morgan and McLaren use M engines.

@TheWatzitooya Lamborghinis are still made by italians in italy, but audi(vw) controls everything what they do. the R8 has the same interior parts (like air vents and navigation system). a good example of how the influance efects lamborghinis cars. kinda sad, but thats life!!!
