It's mounted wrong lol, the fan should be blowing the air out the back not in the power supply

@xymoznibor true, but he couldn't fit it that way. he'd need a case with powersupply at the bottom.

@xymoznibor if you see there is no space... and only exhaust fan on that case is power supply.

@xymoznibor actually if you look how long the heat sink it, it does not fit if you were to rotate it 90 degrees anti-clockwise, this is the correct way to install, although he does have it upside down.
