What type of nonprofit?

i work for a non-profit. though the standard microsoft applications are used within our agency, i see little happening in terms of staff taking advantage of what is new. i love new technology, and incorporate it into my work day, but i think many wish it would go away, because it causes them to have to change with the times. too bad too.
