sonic story doesnt need to make sense its a game for those to have a small game session not for those who put there life into it and take it serious like its real life. i never follow a story of sonic game just dash through and enjoy the scenery and gameplay. thats what matters most.

I played Sonic 06 for 15 min and thought "...Well this is naff..." Did anyone else notice that in SA2 And DX that the Chaos were the whole point of the game? Practically EVERY LEVEL contained Chaos Drives/ Animals! Even when the game ended you still looked after Chaos, plus to get all Embellems you needed to complete Chao Challenges. THEY HAVE TO BRING THEM BACK!!!

The Mega Drive games wouldve happened, cause the time Silver gives Elise the Chaos Emerald was 10 years ago. Thus, 1996 (Dates Insure), so, the Sega Genesis Games woulda happened, but no Adventure. =/. But then, Time is reset and everything, so, YAY! =D

Meaning there were technically two of the same emeralds within the same time line but when silver went back in time to give "present emerald" to elise then they just used the "past emerald" that elise had to begin with. 1. Silver didn't let Blaze die, she sealed herself ion another dimension with iblis.
2. Sonic din't run away, he ran after elise. Perhaps he should have helped amy fight silver, but, meh, there you go.
3. Silver and blaze were split up when chaos control was used, because mephisis either sucks at chaos control, or blaze may have recognised sonic and stopped silver from killing him. When sonic, tails and knuckles used chaos control, shadow is better at chaos control,

The Silver and Elise situation reminds me slightly of when future Omega was on standby because he was doing a mission Rouge told him to do. E.x. (present) Rouge told (present) Omega to deliver the green emerald to shadow who is still in the future. That meant that present Omega had to stay alive for xxxx amount of years to meet up with the future shadow. So as you see there is only one emerald.

Making the emerald we though she would have gotten somewhere else. The game is, well, pointless and complex in terms of its plot.

If you payed attention to anything (obviously you didn't...), you'd know that by the time Elise was 8, Sonic was 3, meaning he didn't have the abilities he had when he was in his debut. Elise is 18 in this game, and Sonic is 15, meaning Elise had the Blue Emerald even before the first Sonic game, ruining the plot of and driving the series out of existance. Even IF it was in the future, the timeline would still be ruined by the horrible ending...
sega needs to re-release this game fixed. The plot, glitches, load times, hub worlds, and the idea of eggman and elise looking realistic were terrible( elise should be an animal, amirite?) Where else did this game go wrong?
Hehehe Australians get the non glitchy game (Proof: Spyro Enter the Dragonfly is flawless if you get a Australian GC version) ....I might give this game a try cause of Silver.

I see what you're saying, but at the same time I can actually find some logic to explain some of it. You question Blaze and Silver's separation during time travel? Maybe it's the fact that they used one emerald and it was Mephiles, who may have somehow done that on purpose. Speaking of which, how is it that they can only time travel with one emerald? For two, ever since shadow the hedgehog, the real "sonic cycle" was that if you couldn't go past 100 mph in a sonic game, it had more than 3 sections of platforming in 1 level, and if the cutscenes were over 1min each, it was crap. And for three, you will not change my opinion about this game. FInally, for four, I'm NOT upset people didn't like this game, I AM upset that segapulled all but ~5 sonic games from the market.

9. Shadow is designed to be able to teleport using Chaos Control as the ultimate lifeform.
10. Mephiles teleported behind him and killed him at the speed of light.
11. That's the difference between a CG and in-game cutscene. It's not a plothole. You take this stuff way too seriously.
13. Because Sonic knows how to use Chaos Control, and Mephiles may have wanted to seperate them so Blaze wouldn't stop him from attacking Sonic.

@Trigger99X Actually, because Shadow and Silver went back in time after fighting so Shadow could show Silver that Mephiles isn't helping him. Then, before Silver goes back, he gives it to Elise, if that's what you're saying.
Plus, in the original Sonic the Hedgehog, there were only 6 emeralds. (Hehe, I'm a nerd. :D)

Meaning there were technically two of the same emeralds within the same time line but when silver went back in time to give "present emerald" to elise then they just used the "past emerald" that elise had to begin with. Get it? not a paradox just a weak story mock-up.

3 mistakes in THIS video.
1. Silver didn't let Blaze die, she sealed herself ion another dimension with iblis.
2. Sonic din't run away, he ran after elise. Perhaps he should have helped amy fight silver, but, meh, there you go.
3. Silver and blaze were split up when chaos control was used, because mephisis either sucks at chaos control, or blaze may have recognised sonic and stopped silver from killing him. When sonic, tails and knuckles used chaos control, shadow is better at chaos control,

The Silver and Elise situation reminds me slightly of when future Omega was on standby because he was doing a mission Rouge told him to do. E.x. (present) Rouge told (present) Omega to deliver the green emerald to shadow who is still in the future. That meant that present Omega had to stay alive for xxxx amount of years to meet up with the future shadow. So as you see there is only one emerald.

There is no extra or replacement emerald. But because the game basically resets itself, like what Serence626 said, the concept of Silver even giving Elise a Chaos Emerald never took place. Making the emerald we though she would have gotten somewhere else. The game is, well, pointless and complex in terms of its plot.

If you payed attention to anything (obviously you didn't...), you'd know that by the time Elise was 8, Sonic was 3, meaning he didn't have the abilities he had when he was in his debut. Elise is 18 in this game, and Sonic is 15, meaning Elise had the Blue Emerald even before the first Sonic game, ruining the plot of and driving the series out of existance. Even IF it was in the future, the timeline would still be ruined by the horrible ending...

Maybe it's the fact that they used one emerald and it was Mephiles, who may have somehow done that on purpose. Speaking of which, how is it that they can only time travel with one emerald? For two, ever since shadow the hedgehog, the real "sonic cycle" was that if you couldn't go past 100 mph in a sonic game, it had more than 3 sections of platforming in 1 level, and if the cutscenes were over 1min each, it was crap. And for three, you will not change my opinion about this game. FInally, for four, I'm NOT upset people didn't like this game, I AM upset that segapulled all but ~5 sonic games from the market.
