when i first seen this advert when i was a little kid and has terrified me for the rest of my life. but i remembered that the bloke on the back of that routemaster bus, his face was more blurred and the panning shot of the girls face was closer

@JGJamieson93 One possibility: Glass breaks, a shard hits her eye; she collapses in pain, probably (and inadvertantly) landing on the crushed bottle. Hope this helps.
