My drive time in the car is 25-30 minutes, depending on how heavy my foot is. About the same as driving straight through the city.

Great road, cuts down driving time hugely, and ignores roads that are a pain. Its also nice to have a speed limit of 100 (i believe)

the limit is 100. when the whole ring road is complete government documents say the limit will be increased to 110 km/h. I believe the design speed of the road is 110 or 115.

in construction zones it slows down to 80, even 50-60, all in the northwest section

If the limit hits 115 that will be beautiful. Maybe it will coerce the afraid drivers that feel its neccessary to occupy the left lane and travel 85km/h into travelling a little faster.
