Hi guys, I got a question, just wondering if you could give me some advice: I got a 850 gallons pond, there are 70 Koi fishs when I feed them, they run away and hide somewhere then they come back and eat when I walk away. just wondering if any solutions to make they become more friendly because I love to see them while feeding. thanks in advance
@phuchai11a15 Sounds like your fish have trained you! Turn it around: you need to train them. Spend lots of time with them. Wait till they come up to you for food before you give them some, but not too much. If they don't come, don't feed them. They won't starve - they'll learn. Never leave until they have eaten everything. Keep it up, and within a few weeks you can have them eating out of your hand.
Very informative thanks...anyway so that you may learn too our very own Filipino Mike Romeros Sanke Koi, won the Kokugyo Award (National Fish award) at the 37th All-Japan World Koi Show in Tokyo, Japan, a prize that has, till then, been received only by the Japanese.
