From what rumors tell me is that Pharell cancelled the video for it. Due to him making the beat, he had say over what happend. Yea, they still could have did the video but what good would it have been with a different beat. They may have finshed shooting it and because of whatever legal issues went down, it never got released, or they may have cancelled the completion of it altogether. But something tells me that the video was completed and the release for it was cancelled.
