Just about nothing in this game was drawing intentionally or not from Metroid Prime, but I do think that the multi-player it self did take some influence, but I also think that it's level of character customization was actually ahead of it's time.

This games story was incredible the fact that it really put you into the commandos visor and just dude this thing had the perfect story really incredible you saw the vast massive quality of the star wars world seeing wookies being like 10 feet tall general Grievous being huge as fuck it was just amazing

I somewhat agree and disagree. They both do things better and worse than the other. And in other ways they can't even be compared. But Halo tops it for me because it's easier to get emotionally involved in the story, and I'm always a sucker for that. :)

It doesn't really feel like star wars, your in a completely separate world of the star wars universe, so it has a strange feeling if your expecting to see all usual stuff from the movies. This game is amazing, definitely one of the best first person shooters out there.

Star Wars Bounty Hunter got a bad rating from gamespot. Meh, they rated the game like 6.5 for gamecube and 5.5 for the PS2. Its a great game though. It really is. But Republic Commando I might give a 7 overall.
