I've been eating the protein-type diet for over a month now. I went for a body comp analysis at my gym yesterday and I've lost 3lbs of fat in that time! I didn't change my level of exercise at all, just the diet. I've been eating organic meats, eggs, goat whey protein powder and staying away from carbs. I can't even eat rice without craving sugar withing minutes. This has been hard for me mentally, because I think meat = bad. But my body is loving it.

you say that you can burn fat if you dont eat before exercise, what about a diabetic,if i dont eat then my blood goes to low,another question is can triglicerides be controled and lowered without niacin and statins if it is a genetic conditiom , thank you,and i tried to look for these answers on your website and did not find nothing

And i've always thought that if it could be summed up into something as simple as a computer application, the Human race would benefit greatly - but I have neither the intellect nor the credentials to even attempt it.

another question if your suppossed to stay away from all carbs like barley brown rice,oatmeal,and fruit,how are you supposed to get energy when you body build and do cardio like i do if i cut out carbs i have no energy
How do you access the nutritional typing forum? There appears to be no link after the test is complete. I have a lot of questions and as far as i'm aware there are answers for people who may of had similar health concerns.
I have taken the test and after the test there are a couple of pdf charts, and in these charts there are suggestions about the foods you can take with matches your type
