If you want to find all the miserable, whinging no-hopers in the world who have nothing better to do with their time than criticise others while producing absolutely nothing themselves and at the same time fondly imagining that they have a comic talent, the best way is to post something on YouTube.

Just ignore them and keep playing - you are moving ahead while your detractors are stuck in meaningless and boring variations on the brainless term "suck".

@twangbarfly Thanks for the positive words. We are 3 years later. If you will search in Youtube for 'Jamy Westerveld the cat' or 'Jamy Westerveld cantaloupe island' you see that she has not stopped playing and that she is still improving her playing.

Jamy is just 13 years old, is playing the flute for only three years. It was the second time she played Cold Duck Time. It isn't that bad. May be people has to listen to the way Jamy plays Duke of Iron (Sonny Rollins) and In Walked Bud (Thelonious Monk)
