  • how do you get your twists to be so thick??? I did my braids and my hair is really thick to but it didnt come out like urs? could it be the hair i used?? it was thin :'(

  • do ur braids get fizzy when you wash them?

  • Your hair is gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous! Looks like a lot of work though. I don't have the patience to sit and twist up my whole head and I don't wanna pay someone $200 bucks to do it. :( But it looks pretty on you though.

  • you are gorgeous girl & your hair is flawless! im from Saint Louis as Well! but i attend college in Alabama & i REALLY REALLY REALLY want to go natural. I love the look on other people but of course i dont want to get my hair cut off because my hair is to my shoulders, meaning its long for an African American girl hair. So how exactly can i go about going natural? i keep my hair in sew-ins. I get them done every 3 months. I am going to start by not getting perms anymore. any more suggestions?

  • I WAS HAVING A PROBLEM FINDING THE SHEA BUTTER ALSO, UNTIL I STARTED READING WHAT EVERYTHING WAS... LOL... THE PIC OF THE SHEA BUTTER ACTUALLY LOOKS LIKE A TOY DOG... SO THATS HOW I FOUND IT ON THAT WEB SITE..... BTW I LOVE YOUR VIDS YOUR HAIR TEXTURE LOOKS EXACTLY LIKE MINE..... I DID WANT TO KNOW HOW LONG DID IT TAKE YOUR HAIR TO GROW? AND HOW OFTEN DO YOU BRAID IT UP (IN YOUR BEGINNING PHASE)

  • thanx!! luv the hair

  • Very informative video. Thanks for posting. I;ve been looking for twists that I like and yours are the only ones I've come across so far. I may try going natural. Stay blessed and beautiful.

  • Thanks so much for tips on hair care and skin care, who knew baking soda would work so well on the skin and such a cheap product to use. You are beautiful and I love your natural hair. Thank you again for sharing!

  • hi what is this hair called....like kinky what bc i thinks its really cute.....also your hair is braided or twisted?

  • her hair is twisted

  • yeah but how did she get it like that?!

  • Regarding your braids regimen - what do you put in the applicator bottle when you wash your hair in braids?

  • your supposed to use diluted shampoo

  • Co-signing on listening to your hair. That is KEY!

  • I love your hair!! Thank you because I am going natural as at the moment. It's been about 7 months.

  • I adore your accent :) And your hair is really nice.

  • I'm a fellow St.Louisan.

  • as soon as I saw one of her vids...that accent rang out loud and clear. Haven't been home in years. But know that accent when I hear it.

  • i like her accent too....it sounds like some north carolinians too

  • Oh my gosh your stunning!!! and you have beautiful hair! Thanks for taking the time to make your videos!

  • You look so good and your arms are mesmerizing.

  • what's the name of the hair (extensions) that you use?

    I like it!

  • It's in her hair regimen video. It's called twist marley braid.

  • i love the way you do your hair i tried to braid mine but the hair keeps slipping off is there a technique to keeping it put.lol

  • do u moisturize ur hair while it is in braids?

  • how long do you keep your braids in?

  • she keeps them in for 3 months

  • This is a nice video. You are beautiful.

  • about shea butter, as long as it is 100% raw unrefined with no anything added theyre allll the same

  • Been using the Afro Detangler for a year and a half now. Love it! Must try.

  • Forgive me if I didn't catch this, but when you explained how you wash your braids, what solution/shampoo do you have in the applicator. I know some people don't use shampoo to wash their natural hair. Thanks

  • you look beautiful as always...i'm thinking of trying that Marley hair.

  • Im goin to try washing my twist in sections! Thanks never thought of that.

  • Your videos are great, and I love your disclaimers "This is what works on my hair". Keep up the great job, I luv, luv, luv your hair and make-up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Thanks for all of the great information. I love your disclaimer..."what works for me, may not work for you!" I love it! It is so sad that in this day and age, people will take the words from your mouth and twist them and then try and use them against you.

Thanks for the twist tutorial as well. I am going to try these while I transition.

  • I really enjoy watching your videos. They are so informative. I was trying to braid my my hair the other day, the way you showed in your previous video, I was having trouble getting my braids tight to my scalp. I don't know if the hair I bought is to slick or what. Is there a trick to getting the braids close to the head or do I need to practice? I also wanted to mention, I tried your mix that you spray in your hair. I love it!

  • thnxs for this vid, and answering my question!

  • Your videos are SO informative. Many thanks to you!

  • I love your disclaimers..you go girl! Great videos!

  • Do you use a shampoo or do you co-wash when you have braids? I need to wash my hair and I have twist right now.

  • i'm gonna be getting twists soon. and i'm natural but my mom keeps saying that since i'm natural my hair will puff out the twists when i moisturize w/ liquid ... or wash. is that true? if so how do i prevent that?

  • Girl I swear I just did a deep exfoliation with some baking soda the other day (but I also added some lemon juice). Wow...*still watching*

  • O wow! With lemon juice??? How did you like it!? NEW THING TO TRY!!! YAY!

  • Well you know the lemon juice is going to make it super fizzy so I only used a teeny bit. But lemon juice actually brightens the skin. It is GREAT for dark marks! My mom will actually wash with the Cetaphil (she has some as well) and then aftewards, squeeze lemon juice in the palm of her hand. It works in terms of getting rid of dark marks or any skin discoloration.

  • Yep! Loves it! I'll be trying that! Thank ya!

  • Thanks for all the great info. especially about the dusting.
