the north holland is located in the midle isle at the top and btw the stairs are near a wall with the words parking you ll see the stairs for sure and the stairs are on the right part on that street

Listen all this place is in north holland . to be very esy to find just look on the map after 3 buildings. these stairs are located in the front of the middle one . if u can't find it from this information die in north holland and u ll get at the hospital. from there u can get to the stairs by following these steps : u are at the corner of hospital so go right then at the intersection go right then left and left at the next intersection and you are on the street with the stairs . hope it helped.
