I my area of the country the Washington Post marks the RFD mailbox if there is a paper tube under it to identify daily, daily with Sunday or Sunday only paper delivery. I think this is what you are finding elsewhere.

My father ran a paper route for a short time after he was laid off. Green stickers mean that you've bought the local newspaper 7 days a week. White meant just weekends. Blue meant you also bought the Wallstreet journal, etc.

The red or blue dots are there to tell your newspaper carrier if you only get a Sunday newspaper or a weekly and Sunday edition. That's all. I had a paper route and every town has them.
One question is the marks left on home owner's mail boxes, some people live in apartment's and move every two year..I believe marking mail boxes would be to much paper work they can simply monitor or profile individuals by keeping up with social network sites, internet usage, phone tapping etc. Can any one upload proof of their mail box being marked please.

I my area of the country the Washington Post marks the RFD mailbox if there is a paper tube under it to identify daily, daily with Sunday or Sunday only paper delivery. I think this is what you are finding elsewhere.

Wow. I worked as a distribution supervisor for the Chattanooga Times Free Press. While I do believe in alot of the nwo stuff, this one is totaly false. Carriers use the stickers to tell witch day people have papers delivered.

Even if you bother with the sticker theory, this dude gave himself away with how specific he was. 4AM? Why 4AM? Why not 3? or 5? Hell! If this NWO is so powerful, why wouldn't they just do it in the middle of the day? I mean, they'll have the military on their side, won't they? @ugxsan I was thinking the same thing. Here's a thought...We should all just set our alarm clocks for 3:50 AM every morning...invest in a high powered rifle with a scope, and by 3:59, we can be proactively waiting for them, so when they pull up out front at exactly 4AM, we can just blow em away as they are walking to our front door. i am a government worker, pray for me after i say this, but yes i was written a letter after fighting grivences/coplaints at work that i was on the yellow list. i swear to god on my beautiful mothers soul. i told the DOLabor about this and she thought I was crazy! she said what is the yellow list i said you tell me. this was several years ago. people this is real!

i dont beleive the sticker thing at all, i mean what would happen if someone moved house ? and the new owners moved into a house with a red dot on their mailbox !! lol.. i do beleive these stickers are for some other reason and Not what this video portrays it.. it would be much easier and simpler if the NWO just made a list of people on thier PC's via drivers lisence. :)

@AdamantSystems wrong....the stickers tell the paper delivery person which days people get which papers. im the biggest conspiracy theorist out there and even fell for this one until a neighbor who delivers papers explained. call your local paper company and ask if you dont believe me. red-morning, blue -evening, yellow-sunday/weekend. calm down people. this theory has been around since the early 90's and has yet to happen.
