Hey Tara, Love your videos and have encorporated a lot of your tips into my routines. Your videos are well planned. I suspect that you have a written plan somewhere off camera. Could you post that written list of poses for us to stick by the mat. The videos go a little fast for a work out, but love them! Keep it up.

I would love a post baby tightening the jelly skin video. Maybe some gentle early postnatal. Then - OMG, the baby's 4 and my middle is still soft after a year of yoga!

when you dropped your legs to the flat position in front of the van (1:00) you should've thrown your head between your arms and looked through your legs. i know its not yoga, but breakdancing instead. try it sometime; it will feel weird but you'll even out.
