@DisneyGirlFan111 well.. that really depends where in Japan you're going. If you're going to Disneyland or some resort or just around Tokyo, then I guess you will be able to find someone who can speak English. :)
@Guernicaman Paris is the biggest Magic Kingdom type park at 140 acres. Then Tokyo at about 114 acres and then Magic Kingdom at 109 acres and Disneyland is about 79-80 acres and Hong Kong is 60 acres but after there expansion it will be around 90 acres.
Too everyone saying this is better than the Anaheim Version,,well duh! the one in Anaheim is the ORIGINAL and when they built Tokyo Disneyland, they had the option to enhance and make it better....
Oh, all versions of this ride have its line long. This is partly why this ride has FastPass. Strangely enough, however, only the versions in Florida and in France have this feature, though.
Yup, that's basically a carbon copy of the Florida version. I can't spot any particularly noticeable changes, except that I think some of the buildings in the London scene are bigger. Nice filming though. =) It's hard to get good footage in there, since it's so dark.
you know the little cars in the flying over london scene? well the cars are bycile chains going round and round with the beads painted with glow and dark paint
Hi I'm Japanese so I'll answer to your question.(Sorry that my English sucks) The video was shot 10 years ago, now we barely see people wearing backpacks. Actually the only people wearing backpacks who can be seen in Tokyo are... foreign backpackers and mountain climbers.
I have an old 8mm camcorder that is just fantastic in low light situations. Even though I also have a newer digital one, I still use the old one for all dark rides. I don't know what I'm going to do when it fially gives up the ghost.
Well, it is the same as in Florida, more or less. The only things really different are A) the language is in Japanese and B) Captain Hook is wearing his hat when dueling with Pan in the mainsail.
How do you get such a clear picture in the dark? I taped this ride at the Magic Kingdom last year, it's much darker. Is the Tokyo ride brighter on the inside or are you a jedi?
I have an old 8mm video camera that is awesome in low light conditions. I still use it to this day for dark rides and the like, even though I have another, more advanced camera.
2:15 is my favorite part of the ride--when you get to fly over london. it's so pretty in real life haha.

The original at Disneyland will always be the best, it was the Father attraction!!
But WOW! they have way more miniature buildings in their London scene which make that scene much more convincing! Its a very nice addition!

looloo12345 4 years ago
yes they did plagiarizee floridas but california is the original so ours is better
fuckallhaters1001 4 years ago
Which one is "ours", Florida or California? Because mine is the original.
disneyfan85 4 years ago
I think Japan plagiarized Florida's Peter Pan ride, right down to the omnimover loading procedure. Meanwhile, France gets California's version.
disneyfan85 4 years ago
Is it really plagerizing if it's the same company? XD
Dragonrider1227 4 years ago
Well, it is the same as in Florida, more or less. The only things really different are A) the language is in Japanese and B) Captain Hook is wearing his hat when dueling with Pan in the mainsail.
