@cooldog102 I might make a final version of the comment that will make it fair, but I have said before to others that the Spy will be able to be able to sap the Scombine doing 20 damage but it only lasts 1 sec and the spy can only place it everything 30 sec, i don't want any class to be overpowerd or underpowered to the scombine, plus the engineer healing him might be removed as well, if Scoutellite made more Combines i would make more of those stats.
