What a great video! My wife and I love it! I watch this video and then off we go up 280 North on our way to Nick's Rockaway again. They owe you at Nick's.
The music "The Orange Ocean," is performed by the original lineup of Birdsongs of the Mesozoic, with piano by Roger Miller. Miller currently performs with the Alloy Orchestra, Binary System and Mission of Burma.
Nice vid indeed, would've been nicer though if it hadn't been so choppy. I assume you set your camera to shoot X amount of frames every so often. If I'm correct, then you could achieve a smoother effect by lowering the frames being recorded and raising the frequency in which the lower number frames are being recorded. Or let the tape run and switch every hour, then just speed it up in post.
Anyway, very dramatic shot of the fog rolling over the hill, Would love to see that smoother.
youtube wrecked the audio but the video is still great.
