I guess it seems obvious if you think about it on a superficial level, but you obviously don't truly know what simple expressions like "finding your own weaknesses" entail. It's about removing the personal ego from yourself and your business practices so you can see yourself in an unbiased way and improve. This way of thinking is reminiscent of other aspects of Japanese culture such as the arts, Budo, and now business strategy. Fantastic.
