this is an older video of her and it only shows her best moments. The more recent version of her has been slowed down and is more fair, or at least in brawl + and project M she is fair and balanced. But you were right she was a little too strong in this older version. check out Athena V8.0 to see the changes.
I like to view character to their competitive feel, and if they are meant to be broken then there's no point on DL her if what I just saw means, if you know her completly, she's unbeatable, she can stall with the teleports, the start thing has little to no lag to make her be punished, sad that she's broken, but, nice moveset indeed
Perfect Recovery, Too powerful edgeguards >.>, Too damage dealing, Too much K.O power...
I prefer releasing something not that powerful then people may suggest if she needs KO power or not. This happens, well, the moveset is just too great to my standars. Love the animations that is just the thing I love in here, but her overpowerness is not worth for me to try her.

one thing i agree with in ur anlysis is her side B teleport has no start lag and isn't punishable, however she isn't too damage dealing and she doen't have too much ko power. her up smash is the only thing that does > 13 damage and her KO power is about as bad as any of the Brawl+ characters.
This is a combo/highlight video so i only showed the best stuff. Also all these matches were against cpus and they don't think. Plus i consider myself an above average player and an average player wouldn't be able to do all this stuff even against a computer. Some of the stuff i did to the computer would never happen to player with decent skills. Fox, Falco, CF, Picachu, IC, Mario, ganondorf, olimar, luigi and Wario are good matchups against her even as cpus.

Yes. You could just download the zip i provided and not use the psa. Thats the easiest way to do it. The textures aren't what gives her her moves.
