If you know anything about guitar playing etc. you cannot say that Avenged Sevenfold has no talent. That's why they admires Bodom boys because of their talent. A7X is a band with huge talent and they are taking their music so far and makes it like an art.

I love how Guitar Hero is the new thing to bash, and the radio is completely off the hook. You realize if there's anyone to be "pissed at" for running around in COB attire, it'd be the Alternative fans. I enjoy all music, but GH is slandered for bringing in people who "don't know anything about playing real guitar", whereas the radio brings in people who "don't know anything about instrumental passion" or whathaveyou. Just flat out singing/vocals. In the long run, just calm down and enjoy.
@ballsauce2 Guitar Hero teaches some people how to do some basics in guitar. I played GH before Real Guitar. It taught me strumming patterns, galloping, quick movements with the left hand (fretting), hammerons, pull-offs. Just had to get used to strings, which took like a month. Don't diss so much on Guitar Hero.
@LordXViper One can just plain not like the singing and enjoy the beautiful music around it (as I do). The awesomeness of the music offsets the thrashy singing. I am not saying it isn't good singing, it just isn't for me - but the instruments are :)

Kid if you like CoB you like all CoB... You're not a real fan if you just listen the first album... His style become more professional, yes his sound change and it's really different to their 1st album, but His mind changes and it's good for a REAL musician... To evolute in his life...

@nyy22592 RRF is a different album when compared to the earlier stuff but to say there was less effort is too harsh. I read in an article with alexi that on this album they had put in a massive effort with the tunes... but yeh while this song is crankin it would have been cool to see them play like the earlier material. but ah well CoB still fuckin rock \m/

@gweetarshredder Alexi just made it look like he worked his ass off cuz he "stayed up all night working" when he was actually getting shitfaced and listening to Europe (the band). this album has none of thing old styles in it, or at least very little. They are now mainstream and overshadowed by Norther, the band they helped to create. I hope you can get used to 14 year old posers wearing eye shadow and bodom shirts

The worst album they did isn't this one... This is blooddrunk which is just a bad copy of Are You Dead Yet? ... This album is, like you said, really different that 6th before but HateCrew deathroll Is different to Something Wild too.... They have always change their music's way.... So accept it or leave us (The HateCrew =) )

I remember when cob videos had only between like 200 and 1000 views. It's sucks to see all these guitar hero 5 playin homosexuals all wearing bodom shirts and talkin about alexis playing style. You kids dont know a fucking thing about being connected to a real instrument. Btw kids playing guitar hero on expert is not the same thing as playing a real instrument.
