@TKORob lol? yes but you don't start training mma and than 1 year later you will be able to join UFC or strikeforce, it takes atleast 6-7 years of really hard training before you have a shot, batista is just a bodybuilder, he doesn't have any fighting experience. ofc 10 years is a career but the training to even start your career in a business like UFC or SF will take about 6-7 years if not more. The reason Brock could go from WWE to UFC so quick was because of his wrestling background.

Is this a joke?, Brock would kill Dave. 2000 NCAA D1 Wrestling Champion who would've bypassed Pro Wrestling all together if there would've any real $ to be made in MMA back in 2000 or trying out for the US Olympic team. Batista had minimal HS wrestling and worked as a bouncer before becoming an entertainer. Dave is also 41 with no real base to draw from for MMA. Nice video though

I would say the hardest area of the sport is the ground game and they both have solid ground games. as for batista i dont now what hes doing aged 41 trying to start mma with no real wrestling background.

Batista is too old, he has no real wrestling base and no martial arts base. What is the point of this video. Batista will never be at the top of mma, and will never fight Lesnar. If this fight were to happen tomorrow, or in the future, for whatever reason the best Batista could hope to achieve in the cage with Lesnar is getting crushed, dominated and surviving without permanent injury.

@propkerfan Yea you have a good point. I think Batista would do good in MMA too. If he is given about a year of training, his striking would be great. The only problem is that UFC regulates steroid use, so idk if they would let him in. Maybe if he stops steroids, and after a while, goes into MMA and fights Brock, or Shane Carwin. Those would be epic bouts.

@axeraider933 Yeah I know brock was a wwe wrestler, but his mma training was top notch he didn't just become a great mma fighter over night, he trained and still trains extremely hard. But even before brock was in fake wwe wrestling, he competed in the NCAA heavyweight wrestling championship and placed second in 1999. I am not saying that batista would not do well in mma, but he definately will need alot of training and conditioning, mma fighters are not born over night.

i dont see why everyone is giving Batista crap. if you've even seen lesnar in the octagon, you'll notice that he lacks SKILL, all he has is his weight and size to throw around. batista on the other hand has been training in the mma field for some time now and he actually posses the SKILL needed to actually win a fight, and not just sit on top of someone. Batista would own brock hands down.
